I must say to share it and it was a truly outstanding experience. Before that, I received a msg from the management to download and save the Self Check-in Instructions in pdf. Read the menu before arrived. There are no staff to welcoming us. My room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel's own facilities were top-notch, especially my car are safely park at reserve parking at Basemet, the Swimming Pool, Gym etc. The hotel is perfectly situated too, making it easy to explore the local attractions and enjoy the surrounding area such as The WALK with it F&B and a block away to popular IMAGO shopping mall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience and can't wait to return again!

All is good but the unifi and dryer is not fuctioning.My kids cannot watch tv at all bc theres no internet at all.owner should check everything 1st

Six of us stayed here for three consecutive nights. There are several balconies upstairs and downstairs. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. There are food and shopping downstairs. Self-service check-in is very convenient. If there are more people, you have to buy some water and daily necessities yourself.

Very large room, clean and tidy. Three bedrooms are more than enough for two families. Although the kitchen is not used, it is fully equipped. There are few people in the swimming pool, and the feeling of booking a private pool is great! You can take a taxi downstairs to eat and drink, and Liang Ji opposite is the first choice! It is very close to imago and it is very convenient to go shopping. Next time you come to Sabah, you must continue to stay here! The price-performance ratio is better than Shangri-La Magellan and Hyatt!

The room is large, full of space, and has a duplex design. The kitchen and living room are downstairs, and the bedroom is upstairs. There are basic kitchen utensils. The terrace has plenty of sunshine, which is very suitable for drying clothes. The overall feeling is very good. But the internal cleaning of the room needs to be strengthened, there are a lot of stains and dust in the room. Guests staying here are advised to bring their own shower gel and shampoo
