The hotel location is very strategic, near to famous attractions, eateries and malls in KK city and also they have 24hr front desk which is a huge bonus, overall the room is good but the water heater is a bit unstable and got a few times of power-trip

The room is very clean and tidy. They provide basic amenities. They collect RM50 for deposit and return after checkout (only receive cash). Nearby many restaurants so easy to find food. Smooth checkin and the staff very accommodating. Minor: the drain in the bathroom draining VERY slow, so we shower with ‘flooded’ floor. The hotel should check if there is clogging.

Very quaint and cozy hotel right smack in the middle of Gaya area with access to nearby eateries, grocery shops, the yellow walls of Maybank and the Mall. Easy enough check-in, with refundable RM50 ringgit (cash) deposit. Large rooms, with nice toilet and shower. You easily communicated your needs via their app and the staff was quick to respond. Very good value for money.

the local is super good, many malaysia food around the hotel, it is near to the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, if you want to go island hopping, this hotel is a good choice. The only thing I feel not such good is the water flow in the bath is small.

This hotel is in a very good location, just opposite Xinji Bak Kut Teh, and is relatively new. The facilities are OK, but the elevator is very small. The hotel reception is on the second floor, and the service attitude is also very good. If there is a room available, you can check in in advance, which is very grateful. The deposit is only 50 Malaysian ringgit.
