Moldy furniture, hair on the bed, smell in the room. It’s self check-in service. Keep in mind they need to pick up the phone to tell You where to find the key. That par was fast and easy. Unfortunately the rest was not ok. Doors locker was very questionable, was moving when you insert the key, it’s open building, no security, they were some construction going on in the same floor. The worst besides the questionable lock was the air/smell in the room. My nose started to hurt from such strong cleaning supply smell in the air, as well smell and signs of mold was unbearable. Sheets were not fresh as well, hair on the bed, signs of usage,… We tried to cancel due to the circumstances, they refused to refund or give at least some money back. Trip.com helped all the way and gave partial refund (in points) on their own. As always they offer great service. Not sure why the hotel was bellow the standard they promised. For 100myr more one can get big room/apartment with breakfast in nearby stays or a bit further north. So far my worse experience of booking unfortunately.
