Near to university Sabah and right beside a shopping mall. Even u want to stay away from the tourist area it will be a good option. Othereise its still much more convenient to stay at city center.

Stay here for 2 nights. What I like about this area is around here also have mall just beside this hotel. Unfortunately, it’s too far from KK. What make us sad was there are no specific parking area. First come first serve basis. 4 star hotel seriously this kind of service? I really enjoy the variety of their breakfast buffet. But quite surprise for ayam masak kicap for breakfast. Like woww this is new for me. Nasib sedap.

It's a great place generally, but if you drive to this place, do take note it will be frustrating. It took me almost 2 hour driving around to find a parking spot. They did mention first come first serve basis, but non-guest also took most of ten spots that they have for actual guess that drive their own. Pool cleanliness can be improved.

If you're going here with car, please be aware that their parking is limited and based on 1st come 1st served. So you'll have to pay extra for other parking fee. Breakfast was poor. Not many choices and not many staff to monitor when need to refill empty food. Took long for staff to notice the food was empty. Other 3 starts or lower hotel have many choices of food compare to this hotel.

It's wonderful to live. The staff so helpful.. the big bos so polite with his customer. I want to come here in with my family again.

Everything is good except there is not enough parking space. The hotel has 19 levels, and the parking space was only fews..

Even tho i live far away from Klagan Hotel , i still choose Klagan for me to stay . The swimming pool , the food , the staff . All of them is so nice and good . If i can give u guys 10 out of 10 . I will ! Gonna stay here again guyss!! Love u 💕
