The apartment looks old & tired. 1) there's water leakage in the first bathroom, causing us unable to use it. 2)Water heater is not functioning well in both bathroom. 3)the Kitchen sink is clogged and water tap very small. 4)Dirty Kitchen utensils and Toaster (Better bring own paper cups & Plates) 5)NO toiletries provided, so visitors have to bring their own. 6)Dirty recycled Comforter, there's blood stains on it. *Staff are nice and helpfull but they only avail during working hours. *They refund deposit less than 24hrs. *The apartment need serious fixing & improvement.

The service very good. The facilities also outstanding. Can't rate about food because I'm not taking any food from the hotel. Overall its a good place for family. Only during check in & out need to take & put back the key access in the mail box not at counter because its private ownership. Pay deposit RM200 and check out on time 12.00 noon. if not it will charge you rm30/hour late. Also too many T&C you should follow. But its normal for homestay..no need to complaint.

Room spacious..very clean and comfortable..havent try the pool coz its raining during stay. Hopefully can stay again in future.

The room so nice and comfortable. Suitable for family like us (5person). The city view were so nice from the suite and and my kid so enjoy played at swiming pool. Very recommended place for the family who want to vacation at KK. 👍👍👍

The place is very spacious, the living room is big, the bedroom is big.. very satisfied staying there. The whole family likes to stay near there..😘

This homestay is beautiful to look at but not fully recommended, the bathroom wall is leaking, water comes out of the wall, the bathroom floor is always stagnant 😵💫. This can endanger the safety of the customer i.e. slipping. In addition, the chair is already broken, like it is about to break. The floor where the washing machine is dirty 😣. The place where the coat hanger is, the screw has come off. The sofa is not comfortable to sit on, it's torn." keep enough towels" before checking out😐 this is a comment from me, please do an honest job, don't take advantage of the customer 🥰 Sorry I forgot to take a picture 😁 As for the parking lot, that's okay and safe 👍

The room was a little damp and old and the lights were a little dim at night. At the same time, the check-in experience was not very good, because the flight arrived at around 7pm late in the evening. When we arrived, we were told that this B&B only contracted some rooms, so the hotel's front desk would not accept our room check-in. Then the front desk gave us a Malaysian mobile phone number to call to communicate. The whole conversation was in English and asked to add the WeChat account of one of their receptionists. Only then did I find the lockbox. And in the end, one day my family forgot to bring the key card, and the hotel even fined me MYR 30. Although Ctrip paid me the same amount in cash, the experience was really bad. So if your English is not good and you don’t have a local mobile phone number, check in with caution!

The hygiene is very poor and basic toiletries are not provided. This is a shame.

The room is very spacious .. comfortable, suitable for families .. there is a pool, stay here because there is a pool .. the children like it very much .. satisfied, close to the city .. the equipment in the house is very complete .. the host is friendly , nice to deal with dorg..
