The residence is located in the middle of the city..u can get food and shopping very near you. The room is clean full of amenities including mini fridge. Even provide powerbank for customer use. Very recomened...the sevices just through whatsap...and 24 hours available..

Fabulous service, room was impeccably, clean, and modern, host to hotel was very responsive through WhatsApp, location, right in the heart of KK, bed, super comfortable, and the pillows, one issue was just the check in part. You do need to have WhatsApp, and not only dead on your phone, but to be able to call the host in order for them to let you in the door. I did mention a suggestion to the host about just adding a doorbell for people who arenโt tech savvy. But other than that everything was perfect. Secondly, you do need to climb stairs. You will need to climb to the second floor just to get to their level then you climb another floor to get to the hotel. ๏ฟผ

Very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff. Nice cosy room. They are so kind. They gave me coupon for my car that i park outside the AC Parking. Thankyouu so muchhh.

It was very nice of the staff to prioritise the clean up of my room for earlier check in ytday. However, there were some hair on the bed, pillows & table as well as the floor.
The entrance & toilet lights kept flickering the whole night. The bedroom hidden cornice lights also turn on by themselves in the middle of the night & this morning too.
Overall service & staff response are excellent.

Regardless of the early check in, the situation of cleanliness is unacceptable , we will double check every room with a checklist SOP, before handover for guest to check in. The issue is very rare, all the linen are freshly washed for each check out and check in. We can promise that , if in the future you found hair on the bed pillow or table during check in, please let us know immediately during check in and we will refund your stay and your stay will be free on us . very recommended๐๐๐ the best facilities, best service, great room.. ๐๐๐ love it so much.. suitable for honeymoon couple and outstation worker๐คญ๐๐ the staff was so friendly, always update me the info n make sure i feel comfortable with the room.. love the room design๐ this hotel located around 700meter or 11 minutes walk to pasar todak@ pasar makan Philippines.. so convenient.. there also laundry, 99 speadmart, and restaurants nearby. for sure this will be my 1st choice of hotel when visit sabah again๐

The host, house and facilities are great. It was superb. I canโt complain anything. One of the best place to sleep. The bed are soft. Me and my partner sure will come again here

My recent 3-day stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
