Ming Garden Hotel & Residences Reviews

Stayed for 3 nights Day1 stay checked in around 330pm and it was smooth, we were assigned a room in which on my request. Wifi was strong, water pressure was superb, it has a damp(wet) carpet spot till the end of our stay. Day2 breakfast was below average, unlike before, the variety was below par. Quality of the food wise average. We asked for room cleaning(tidy) but since 1100am till 4pm when we back from our errands, the room was still untidy. But we called the passer by cleaning team for towels change and other amenities replenishment Day3 breaksfast was like day2, less variety. Day4 breakfast like same day2 and day3, if it werent included in our booking, i would rather buy outside. 3 nights stay was ok but the question remains, maybe i would recommend but i will come back if the breakfast choices improve Overall stay: 3.7/5.0

Clean and strategic, convenient to everything. Walking distance to imago shopping centre. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor. Definite will come back to stay here

My parents stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from the hotel’s’ hospitality. The spacious room and the convenient to get free shuttle bus to go somewhere is included. Recommended hotel, maybe next time come to sabah again will book ming garden hotel.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the busy area in the city centre. Everything is close by. It is also located by seaside area with full of tourist spot. The room is very clean. The staff are all friendly and the food is so good. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would recommend everyone to try this hotel of you come to Kota Kinabalu

Hotel was aged. Traditional feel. Quiet. Shopping mall nearby, within walking distance.

Great stay in this hotel.everything is good.but I' m a little disappointed because my request about room city view.we booking for 3 rooms,only 1 room got city view.

I'm having a good stay here, everything was good. check in ok, amenities at the room was complete. I enjoy my stay here. but the room a bit dusty. the hotel need to make an improvement in the future. their breakfast here was good. many variety of food to choose. I did not have a chance to explore around but to get a grab or taxi was very easy, thank you trip.com to make it easy for me to book this hotel.
