Sangat mengecewakan… NOT RECOMENDED!!! I should have extand to stay here but very disappointed 😭😭😭
1.Tandas bilik tersumbat, failed!!! Guest terpaksa buang air besar di lobi bawah.
2. Bilik tidak disediakan tuala mandi.. guest terpaksa turun d loby ambil tuala. Sudah minta hantar ke bilik pun tidak dihantar.
3. Remote tv tiada.
4. Jug air panas tiada.
5. Pintu tandas bilik jamed, susah untuk buka.
6. Panggilan telefon tidak dijawab.
7. Sinki dan tab mandi tidak bersih.
Kenapa bilik yang tidak ok ini diberi pada guest. Sepatutnya bilik perlu dalam keadaan baik dan bersedia untuk guest.. Sila periksa dengan betul bilik hotel sebelum bagi kepada guest. Saya terkilan dengan layanan dikaunter reception kerana mengatakan kepada saya “lagipun kamu check out jugak hari ini kan” sepatutnya tidak berkata begitu sebab saya berhasrat untuk extended 3 hari..😭😭😭

Overall is good but it can be better. The curtain is very old. The iron board has damaged. Need to replace. The iron, remote, bathtub stopper need to be requested.

Pros: Magnificent and spacious
The restaurant is open late and the prices are good.
The lobby is very spacious
The outdoor pool is also good.
Cons: It's a bit out of the way so you have to call Grab.
It's old and the water in the sink doesn't drain well.

Not recommended!!! The floor, bathroom and shower curtain have mold. I requested that hotel’s housekeeping change the shower curtain but second curtain also contained mold. It is an embarrassment to offer hospitality at such low level of cleanliness!!! Stains in the tub and around bath.
