酒店位置就在哲斯頓港邊上，去各種島很方便，而且四周超市飯店很多，逛街吃飯都方便，酒店服務很好，早餐也豐富，體驗感很棒

Environment: Very good, a newly opened hotel, I like the design style, rich breakfast, the top floor swimming pool is great for watching the sunset, very close to the pier and night market

房間乾淨整潔，景觀超好，酒吧的歌手和酒也很不錯，服務人員態度超級超級好，晚上隔壁吵鬧給前台打電話立刻解決問題，寄存行李時充電寶沒有電，找到咖啡廳小姐姐熱心幫我充電，晚上因為大雨回來晚了，回來取行李時前台Jae小姐姐幫我找到充電寶，後來胃痛，Jae幫我倒了很多次熱水，這家酒店的服務讓人真的感覺像回到家裡一樣，一樓的聖誕樹也很好看，這次的馬來西亞之行因為這家酒店畫上了圓滿的句號。

Bad dining experience. My wife's meal was not served during our first dinner at the hotel; still awaiting a refund from the hotel. Traffic to/from hotel during after office hours is horrible. Better to drop off and walk for 3 blocks.

남자친구랑 둘이서 가보고 너무 좋았어서 50엄마와 24딸 모녀 여행으로 코타키나발루를 두번째 방문했습니다.
처음갔을땐 힐튼에 묵었었고, 두번째 와선 하얏트 센트릭을 묵게되었는데 기대반 걱정반이였는데 너무 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ
룸 컨디션 및 위치:
로비는 쾌적하고 넓진 않고 컴팩트 하다는 느낌 받았으나 체크인 및 짐보관 무리 없어 보였습니다.
룸 컨디션 역시 너무 좋았어요. 날씨 탓에 객실 자체가 습한건 어쩔수 없었던거 같네요. 그치만 모든 서비스 및 조식도 너무 만족했습니다.
직원분들과 스몰톡 역시 너무 기분 좋았어요. 또한 호핑투어 및 수리아사바몰이 가까워서 덕분에 걱정 안하시고 엄마는 로비에서 좀 쉬시고 전 출국전 짬내서 혼자 저녁에 쇼핑몰 가서 쇼핑하고 왔네요ㅋㅋㅋ
조식:
힐튼이 워낙 조식이 맛있다 들어서 힐튼을 전에 갔었는데 명성대로 뷰도 없고 붐비지만 너무 맛있게 먹었었고 로비 또한 럭셔리하고 웅장해서 재방문 의사가 너무 있었습니다. 근데 이번엔 엄마랑 단둘이 처음으로 가는거라 바다 보고, 호핑과 가까웠음 해서 여기로 선택한건데 너무 잘한 선택이였던거 같아요. 갔던 호텔들 중 싱가포르 카펠라 빌라 룸 컨디션 및 조식을 제일 좋아하시는 엄마이신데 여기 카펠라 못지 않게 맛있다며 같이 견주시는거 보고 정말 좋았네요ㅎㅎ
ON23 bar:
ON23 역시 뷰 멋있고 음식이 너무 맛있었어요ㅠ 투덜이 깐깐이 아빠랑 동생 데리고 또 가려구요!
하나 단점은 로비나,바, 수영장 화장실이 남녀공용이라는 점이나 이건 호텔 서비스와 관련없고 잘 이용할일 없으면 문제 없을거 같아요.
중간중간 몇몇 직원분들 기억에 남는데, 너무 친절하게 도와주시려 하고, 매번 웃음 잃지 않고 과하지 않고 덜하지 않게 서비스 도와주셔서 감사했어요🙇🏻♀️ 중국분들이 한국분들에 비해 조금 더 많았던거 같은데 한국분들께도 추천합니다!
