Close to the center, very hospitable, good breakfast and therefore good value for money. Next to the hotel is a large green area, ideal if you want to go jogging or play badminton.

Location is nearby to city centre. We arrived at late night around 11pm. Check in was very fast and staf at counter also very helpful and polite. Checkout was very easy too. Overall satisfied with this hotel. Room are spacious too.

Very good location. Nearby Philippine market, Gaya Street (night market on Saturday night & wet market on Sunday morning), convenient stores, restaurants. All within walking distance. Also, karaoke, saloon, massage (rm50/hr) within walking distance too. There are Angkut Van in front of the hotel that can bring u to many other cities such as Kota Belud, Ranau, Marudu etc. There's bus to Uitm & UPM too. Only thing is iron board is a outside room (sharing basis-location in front of lift) and the hair dryer is attached to the bathroom and takes so long to dry hair)

Unexpected trip to Dreamtel. We booked a homestay earlier but due to delay i booked this hotel in instant and very suprised with the cheap price and very fast check in.. the staff just take 5 minutes to settle everything.. the room so comfortable and with enough facility.. very recommended because everything is nearby.. the only cons is parking is limited and need to park quite far..

九年前去亞庇就住在這家酒店，有些年代感了，一切中規中矩。位置就在獨立廣場旁邊，離加雅街很近。樓下是包車去古達等地的停車場。參觀完沙巴大學，可從婆羅洲1號坐公交車到酒店附近。
