The lack of a water cooler or similar facility forced us to purchase bottled water, which added to the overall cost. The overpriced food options also deterred us from dining in. Don't go with the 5start ratings here. Hotel seems fine in pictures but actually the corridors and rooms are very suffocated and stinky. Staff is not at all courteous. On the second day of our stay we reached breakfast at 10.05am as we were out for some work we went directly to restaurant to have breakfast as we went out at 6am for our official activity at Chambal River. When we returned one of our colleagues also joined us. Although we got almost the leftovers of buffet breakfast and from my plate I offered one idli please mind me only single idli to our colleague just out of a courtesy. To my huge wonder the waiter had produced a Bill of FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST And when we said why you have brought the bill he said ”Sir inhone aapki plate se khaya tha” I said ”Dude that was just a single idli” on that he said ”Haa Sir you have to pay this bill this is our rule” want to ask what kind of foolish behaviour and rule it is??? It's not about the bill it's about how ruthless the people are there. Hospitality means welcoming the guest with full care and respect not humiliating the guest. Management and owners should learn this before running a hotel and also train the staff in the same manner. Won't recommend such a hotel where staff, management and owners are like a bunch of FOOLS

The hotel is located quite near to railway station and good restaurants are in vicinity like sunflar and ss dairy. The rooms are good but food quality has disappointed me. Morning breakfast is always delayed.

Walking distance from railway station, clean and hygienic rooms, excellent service, good for business and family trips. Front staff is very cooperative. Only hotel where staff was awaken at night. Safe for family. Owner is also very supportive.
