A clean and fairly cheap hotel. The hotel service is very good. I have stayed here several times and I am always satisfied with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. Always smiling when I ask for help with something even though it is repeated. Especially with the hotel staff named Singgih, he is very friendly and always ready without complaining when I ask for help. Hopefully this hotel will be more successful. Greetings.

In my opinion, the location is very suitable, everywhere is easier to access, for example Alun-alun Kidul, you can just go straight. The room facilities at the prices listed are very adequate, good and quite luxurious. The swimming pool is long and quite deep, there is an angkringan stand near it.

My experience with Kalya was quite satisfying in terms of friendly & agile staff service. Ci & Co service is easy, rooms are good for resting, AC is cold, hot water is ok, only the shower has to be maintained. Wifi goes up and down, maybe because those staying full are on Eid holiday. My suggestion is to provide a dispenser outside for guests to refill water, the house keeping takes time... overall I recommend it, will be back staying in Kalya next trip

Good hotel. Ample parking. Friendly staff. There was a slight problem with the AC but it was repaired immediately. There is a swimming pool that is safe for children.

Room cleanliness really needs to be improved. The walls and door of the bathroom appeared to have black spots. The towels and bed sheets looked yellow with stains.

There's a lot to be annoyed about, of course, the cleanliness and the service. From check-in, it's true that it took a little while to get the room. If you think about cleanliness, you would prefer another hotel that is the same but prioritizes cleanliness. One of the really bad things about cleanliness at this hotel is: 1 . the swimming pool has cockroaches 2. The rinse room is quite dirty and very dirty 3. The bathroom was only wiped down with a dirty mat, no perfume was given, so it smelled like that. 3. Super liquid soap doesn't foam and can't be refilled when finished. 4. The rooms are not cleaned every day. super indifferent to their cleanliness and always have an excuse for their mistakes and ignorance. . 5. The bed linen wasn't changed very often, maybe it was the same from previous guests. 6. The breakfast tasted okay but there was no taste. 7. The restaurant tastes pretty good. 8. The receptionist is rude 9. The cleaning service doesn't clean the room according to my standards because I saw directly how to clean it
