Nach dem wir wieder reisen durften hatten wir uns vorgestellt das die Hotels etwas freundlicher sind. Das der Service wieder das ist was wir eigentlich erwarten dürfen. Wir waren bestimmt schon in 14 diversen Hotels nach der Pandemie für Kurzreisen. Das einzige Hotel was das Prädikat freundlich zuvorkommend und liebevoll verdient ist dieses Hotel. Womit soll ich anfangen? Sehr liebevoller Check Inn mit einer super Freundlichkeit ohne aufdringlich zu erscheinen. Alles sehr sauber. Auf den Betten liegen je 2 Kissen ein weiches und ein etwas härteres. Matratzen die ich nur aus USA kenne. Frühstück gut und wieder fällt uns das freundliche Personal auf. Lachend und gut gelaunt wurden wir nach unseren Wünsche gefragt. Hier ist man Gast hier fühlt man sich wohl hier kommt man gerne wieder. Bitte weiter so.

Die Zimmer im unrenovierten Teil sind abgewohnt. Von Gemütlichkeit keine Spur. Kein Roomservice, keine Minibar, nicht mal ein leerer Kühlschrank. Die Bar schließt um 21:45h. Man hat es dort warm und trocken. Das reichte mir, um dort 4 Nächte zu verbringen aber schön ist anders. Parkplätze vor der Tür gibt es.

The bathtub/shower was very deep and slippery with no floor Matt on sight. When we were checking out I found one in The bottom of a closet. I wish it had been left I. The bathroom. Food was good and servers friendly but struggled in English. The room was big and the bed was good

War hier zur Schulung,die Verkehrsanbindung zur Autobahn ist super. Das Zimmer war super,groß und sauber. Beim mit waren einige Pilze roh, das Abendessen war okay. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber aus meiner Sicht etwas spartanisch. Einziger minus die Matratze war für mich etwas Hart.

Pluspunkt hier sind die netten und bemühten Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer wurden wohl modernisiert, die Badewanne mit Duschvorhang im Minibad ist aber immer noch mein persönliches No-Go. Das Frühstück ist gut, Mittag- und Abendessen aber leider nur Durchschnitt. Positiv sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze ind der Tiefgarage. Ebenfalls von Vorteil ist die Lage sehr nahe an der A9 und einem großen Einkaufszentrum.

Prinzipiell ein gelungenes Hotel mit nettem Personal, leckerem Essen (Frühstück und auch Abendessen) und Nähe zur Autobahn. Das Zimmer ist recht groß und modern, der Preis war bei meinem Besuch im Dezember 2021 fair. Aber... Beim Frühstück liefen an beiden Tagen etliche andere Gäste ohne Maske herum und das Personal sagte nichts. Gar nichts. Wir haben Dezember 2021 und es herrscht eine Pandemie. Und beim Frühstück wird es komplett ignoriert. Schade. Ich hätte das Hotel gerne besser bewertet.
