I recently spent one night at the ariyaas regency kottayam, and my experience was good. The room (deluxe king) was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. *highlights* - friendly and efficient check-in/check process
- excellent location just near the kottayam railway station, within walking distance to-out process
- excellent location, within walking distance to major attractions
- impressive breakfast spread with varied options *suggestions for improvement* - room service menu could be more extensive
- minor issue with little suffocation at toilet & wash room *overall* the ariyaas regency exceeded my expectations, becoze deluxe room rent was 2273- only per day, offering a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a medium level hotel experience"

Neat & clean room. Most co-operative reception. Walking distance from railway station. Attached restaurant. Warmly agreed to my request for late check out. Their own taxi arrangements. Overall good experience.

Location was excellent very near to the railway station. Service was good
amnetices was good. Flush was not
properly working in the bath room
tv was not satisfactory. It was not equipped with our favorite channels. Wifi was not able to connect with the password given overall satisfactory thanks

Very comfortable stay at aariyaas. Right from the reception being very helpful, room was very clean. Access to the hotel was the best, right opposite to the railway station and city centre was about 2-4km distance

Stay was pleasant, next to kottayam railway station. Staffs are very courteous. Vegetarian food available on the same building. Room no 104 watt paints are worn out on one side due to moisture.
