I had an amazing time at taj kumarakom resorts and spa.this place is really beautiful and nice. The staff is so helpful and has a smile on there face always. The food was very tasty. Special mention chef, priya , hm and vishnu pool attender. Thus resort is perfect for families with kids. There are alot of activities to keep us engaged.

We enjoyed another 3 idilic days at coconut lagoon. We last visited in 2023 and loved it so much we returned. An amazing location and an absolutely stunning resort. So clean and well tended. Wonderful large pool, immaculate heritage buildings and superb food. Our accommodation (delux water front villa) was sumptuous and had a lovely private pool and garden as well as a verandah overlooking the wide life ponds. Very clever use of water and eco friendly power and supply. Thank you to Sneha and her cleaning team for keeping our villa so clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. All were so kind and everyone had a beautiful, ready smile for us. We felt like honoured guests and feel privileged to have stayed there. Everyone was so perfectly dressed and the ladies looked so elegant in their beautiful saris. Thanks especially to Anjitha who welcomed us in and waved us goodbye. She is a wonderful host. Thanks also to Shreelaskmi and Jasmine. It was lovely to see the Chai lady in her tea barge again. We enjoyed the traditional crafts with the potter and the lady who did the mat weaving. Our special thanks to Vishnu and Anjana; the naturalists. We loved the birdwatching, eco and butterfly tours very much. Anjana hosted us for 2 sunset cruises; absolutely beautiful. Vishnu took us on a village tour on the e bikes and this was a real highlight of our holiday. We were taken to the local Hindu temple, one of the village tea shops and a tour of the paddy fields and local areas. We met so many friendly locals and had some lovely chats! We saw the Toddy *** in action and he let us taste the morning toddy collection. We highly recommend this tour. Really important to get out of the resort and see life outside. The musicians were great, the evening dancing wonderful and the food in both restaurants absolutely amazing. We’ll be back! Thank you all at Coconut Lagoon.

Our second visit to this very special place; the wonderful Marari Beach CGH resort. We were made so very welcome again by all of the lovely staff who work here. We were also very touched by our welcome back t shirts and caps (… and the message on the bed!). It felt very much like being back amongst old friends. Particular thanks to Anushka; she is so welcoming, kind and gentle. It was such a treat to spend some more time with such a special person. Thank you to the naturalists; Shibu, Arun and Vishnu. Their enthusiasm and love of the nature around them is truly inspirational. They are so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. A particular highlight was the birdwatching photography with Shibu. A real honour to visit him at his home and meet all his feathered friends! We also enjoyed the excursions to Allepey and the village experience with our excellent and informative driver Sebastian and our guide Johnny. It’s wonderful to meet everyone at 16:00 “chai” time. The reception staff and restaurant team are also brilliant! A la carte food amazing! Thank you

Nice place to stay we enjoyed our two days stay Rooms are spacious and neat. Staff are courteous and well mannered. Food is tasty and hygenic though a little bit costly. Should improve the parking lot.

Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

I stayed with my wife and daughter, Overall my stay was perfect however I would like to highlight few things can be improved. Restaurant service is slow, food options are great , there were more than enough varieties orin the Buffet we always had the option to order from the Ala carte menu. I would like to say a big thank you to Sangeeta from the buffet restaurant . She was superb, as soon as we entered the restaurant she attends us with a big smile on the face. She know her job very well. Cleanliness- Room cleaning was done every morning when we leave for breakfast. our room cleaning guy Mr. Afazzudhin was the highlight. He always make sure our room is cleaned before we get back from Breakfast. He is a friendly and very professional I would give 5 star for cleanliness. Hassan & Family
