My daughter and I stayed here for the last three days of our tour through Kerala. Set in beautiful grounds it’s an oasis of calm which is just what we needed, relaxation. A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, delicious food and an amazing Ayurvedic massage just hours before our long journey home. What improvements could be made, absolutely nothing our stay was wonderful. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is tucked away, set on a hill overlooking the ocean so different levels. We stayed in 1 of the small heritage homes with open air bathroom. The staff at reception and restaurant and main pool are excellent in their hospitality skills and made our weeks stay onforgetable. The food (a la carte) in the restaurant is so tasty no need to go for buffet. Our head waiter even arranged with kitchen that we got samosa on our last night, it is not even on the menu, so we felt very special.

Second time here and loved it! The rooms give an old Kerala vibe and the property if very vast. It’s very well maintained and just like our previous time we lived every bit. Food selections are not very vast but everything was delicious and the staff are very attentive.

All the staff here at the hotal are amazing and extremely helpful. Raj the manager was very accommodating. All the restaurant staff gave excellent hospitality. Thank you for making our birthday holiday very special. Thank you to Jinu. Thank you to all the massage ladies and all the reception staff. You were all amazing. The Travancore heritage beach resort was very clean . And peaceful.

This is a beautiful, serene and very enjoyable hotel. The beach is lovely with views from everywhere. My room was spacious, quiet and well furnished with a lovely balcony and spectacular beach view. I loved both the evening and the morning ambience. The restaurant offers a varied menu with excellent service and high quality food. I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer. Well done everyone, thank you. I would very happily return.

It was our first visit to karela and going back with beautiful memories. The stay was quite comfortable and the staff was very courteous. Had a good time and going to recommend it to my family and friends. Great hospitality. Keep it up With best wishes

The Heritage is a beautiful paradise I strongly recommend to visit! I liked both accommodation and treatment , looking forward to coming back next year. It would be great to have more food options on different “doshas” though. Ocean is beautiful but one can hardly swim because of the waves.
