The staff behavior was good. But the room they give there was cockroaches in the bathroom and the toilet flush was not working always had to use the bucket. Even after i inform the reception they said will change the room but they never did or solve the problem. After i spend 5700 for the room it was not a good stay no priority for room guest. I stayed 2 days almost spend 15000 in the bar resturant and for room. The food was good and staff are well behaved. But i never visit again

The service staff was excellent from the watchman to the bell boy to the manager especially Mr.Shyju and Mr. Muthu. The room was small but well maintained. The general cleanliness was good, but commode in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Had to ask for the brush and toothpaste. Suggestion is that a full length mirror in the room could have been good. Locker was not available in the room. Overall nice expereince especially if you are looking for a temporary stay.
