My one-day hotel stay was delightful! the staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to departure. Their warmth made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

Clean and neat room, close to mall, good restaurants and beach. Welcoming by front desk person. Good for family stay.

Rooms are good. Service is not upto the mark. Need to improve. Customer flexibility isn't entertained.

Not even towels and toilet papers were provided. Had to ask for a towel and provided dirty towels. The room wasn't clean. Hot water was not available in the washroom. When asked for it a staff came in and just waisted half an hour of ours without any results. Overall whatever facilities was mentioned in the website was not provided. Could be that they have assigned us a room meant for their employees or so. Unprofessional staff when we were asking for any facilities they were getting frustrated. Did not even bother to provide a new room when complained about hot water facility in washroom. I was traveling with my mom who wasn't keeping well which is why we had to stay overnight. But overall the experience was so horrible

Comfortable stay, recommend! i had a pleasant stay at metro stay home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. The host was friendly and communicative. Overall, a great value for the price.
