They never soap, towel and water and Television wasn't working at all. Room service was very bad and its not at all suitable for family. Terrible experience. Never suggest this hotel.

Booked an ac room through mmt and it's prepaid. Only stayed in the room for max 4 hours. Right after checked in. I informed about ac condition. Which was not even switching on. Whenever i asked. They say mechanic will come. But till my check out. No one came. And when i asked at the reception about the situation. They said they can't do anything. Prepaid booking for better service. But got the worst. Rooms were cleaned. But walls full of leg prints and all. Curtains everywhere spidernet and all.

Dont ever book room in this hotel, too small, no ventillation, bathroom flush was not working properly and on top a bad service, i wanted to cancel and book somewhere else, but they were not ready to refund even a portion of the amount, i had to book somewhere else good and had to keep the room vacant. I was embaressed in front of the guest for whom i booked.
