The staff associated me to provide ac room. Initially they have given room number- 305 where the ac is not working. We have requested the service, after careful checking by staff and duty manager they have shifted me to room 303. It was around 1:00 am at midnight and the same issue were happened at room 303. After that they asked me to shift to room 505, by the time my friend was sleeping. I alone went and checked the working condition of room 505, and it was also not working. They have charged me higher amount, not provided ac, not resolved my concerns. While we checking out in the morng the non sleepy experience they just simply taken. I have requested them to get back to me with a solution by this service. Till this time, the team wasn’t able to respond me back.
