The worst experience , Couldn’t sleep
1: First of all they didn’t have a message or an intimation to remove the card from the electricity ON/OFF switch , if at all power fails ( I had to wait 10 minutes to realise that the troubleshooting is to remove the card from the slot and re insert ) , Now for this as well they don’t have the phone working during power failure 2: Power failed 12 times between 10 to 6 AM , So you can think of my sleep on this day ( I booked this hotel to sleep properly to avoid 1 hinderance on the hospital between 11 and 5 AM , ( My mother was admitted in a hospital nearby and I wanted to sleep properly before next mornings train travel (7 AM) … Now you would have realised how much I slept ( getting 12 approx hinderance which I planned to avoid 1 hinderance at the hospital )

Nice stay. Really enjoyed. This hotel is near calicut railway station. Staffs are so polite and good service. Room was more spacious. Ac is good. All are good

No one to pick up luggage on check in. Even they dont have courteous to ask. Wardrobes are dusty. Needs lots of improvement. Never prefer to opt property again

The staff associated me to provide ac room. Initially they have given room number- 305 where the ac is not working. We have requested the service, after careful checking by staff and duty manager they have shifted me to room 303. It was around 1:00 am at midnight and the same issue were happened at room 303. After that they asked me to shift to room 505, by the time my friend was sleeping. I alone went and checked the working condition of room 505, and it was also not working. They have charged me higher amount, not provided ac, not resolved my concerns. While we checking out in the morng the non sleepy experience they just simply taken. I have requested them to get back to me with a solution by this service. Till this time, the team wasn’t able to respond me back.

Location: great (if you want to visit the shopping centre and the beach. Amenities: average
service: room service is delayed, restaurnat team not attentive and caring. Room: need some attention to detail (nails on the wooden flooring that was patched-up as maintenance. Lound construction sound from top floor during my stay which i was not informed during check-in.
