Really terrible experience at Key's malabar gate Really disappointed as have stayed I stayed there 3 night and 4 days a the malabar gate. No toilet kit in the room during the check in we have to call and request for every thing the booking was for double sharing and amenities given were for 1 Service was inconsistent we need to keep calling. as discussed with basic room decoration i had arraged all the things (baloon, cake, ) and hand over to reception . during my stay personaly i went reception and remind the same. while im come back nothing was done . im really disappointed with this how they can give fake promise 😆😆😆 when going out we informed to reception for room cleaning while come back nothing was done again we have to call and request then only they sent person for room cleaning and we waited more than 30 minutes outside for room cleaning every day

Good location. Could have done better with room cleanliness. Saw few cockroaches inside room.
Staff was good. Rooms are not small. Just need to improve the cleanliness.

The room was spacious and the staff courteous and ever helpful. The housekeeping is good and quick to respond for any need . There are few areas which needs improvement. There were mosquitos in the room. Don't know from where they enter. As the hotel is next to two jeweleries there is space problem for parking and the basement parking also needs an expert driver. In restaurant we faced issue of delay og almost an hour! Food is fresh and tasty. Beef fry especially. Fish was great! Breakfast had local favorites like dosa and egg roast, nendra banana steamed.
