We stayed in March 2025. They checked us in quickly. The room is small, all furnished. There is everything you need. A tiny balcony. But this is in our room, there are different rooms, ours is the most economical, as I understand it. Cons of the hotel: 1. Complete lack of soundproofing, leaky doors and walls, you can hear everything that happens at the neighbors', sometimes it's even funny. There are a lot of young people in the hotel, they walk, make noise, come late, the doors slam disgustingly loudly. 2. Breakfast. It is stated from 7 am. In fact, at 7 the staff is just starting to wake up. They manage to spoil even traditional rice noodles. All 4 days of stay there was a persistent feeling that I was recycling what I hadn't eaten the day before. I do not recommend taking this hotel with breakfast. Twice we just drank instant coffee and left. 3. If you are sensitive to old torn towels with stains, then I also do not recommend it. Pros: The hotel is within walking distance from the pier where boats leave for the beaches of Railay, this is its advantage. If you are on a bike, then I would advise you to look for another hotel. There is a pool, we never swam. Price.

Situated on the first line, but the beach is technical, you can't swim there. But it is very close to the pier, from which boats depart to Raleigh Beach. Breakfasts are excellent for such a price of the hotel. It is better to choose a suite or superior room (which is larger in area), since the rooms of a lower category are small and the windows overlook a busy road.
