⚠️ Nightmare Stay – Avoid This Hotel At All Costs!Worst experience ever. We had to request a booking cancellation due to the horrific conditions, but management denied our request and refused to help.Here is exactly what is wrong with this place:Abysmal Service: Only one front office staff member was working the reception. Check-in formalities took forever. There was absolutely no bellstaff or helping staff available to assist with our bags.Disgusting Rooms: The room was completely untidy and infested with mosquitoes and insects.Vile Bathroom: We found cockroaches in the washroom. The entire bathroom smelled badly and had ugly, wet, water-damaged walls.Damaged Amenities: The room crockery was cracked and unsafe to use.

Spent 8 nights staff amazing rooms huge good size pool which will be refurbished in future as it’s a little tired but still usable good gym and pool bar

The hotel's value for money is a 4- or 3+ out of 5. It seems it was once designed to be a really upscale hotel, but now the tiles in the pool are peeling, half of the features don't work, and the breakfast is mediocre. The location is decent.
