Aonang Paradise Resort Krabi Reviews

Our 3rd time staying at Aonang Paradise Resort. Resort was well maintained, pool was clean with great view. Location to Aonang beach was just a short distance. Ticketing booth nearby for Long tail boat to West Railay beach. Special shout out to friendly GM Ms Pimchana for her assistance rendered. Duty staff GSA Ms Ying, Sunny and night duty guys was as courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast selection was simple and well plated. Not forgetting residence cutie. Will definitely be back for next vacation. Good job well done guys!

Location is nice, a short walk to Ao Nang beach and plenty of stalls nearby. The facilities and amenities is not so good, could use a good renovation. Can find a better place for around the same price. The room isn't quite ideal for stay, only has limited power plug which is behind the TV (luckily staff was nice to lend us extension). The door to the room was glass so during the night and morning time, the light was shining in (no curtain to block the light). Break was just a normal fried eggs with toasts. All in all, there are probably better place or the same price.

The hotel overall was decent, value for money. Pros: What really made the stay was the pool - it is well maintained and there is great view and scenery. Location was great as well, central and easy to access restaurants and the beach. Shoutout to one of the male receptionists who even offered to lead us back to our room at night which really showed his passion for the job. We really appreciated that gesture. Cons: However, there was a smell from the sewage in the room (uncertain if this is due to a piping problem in the area). The WiFi was down most of the time.

Disgraceful service. Lost my sister in the uk so had to fly back last minute and hotel would not refund

Location is bang on for all you need in AoNang. The rooms are clean as is the area around. The pool could do with a slight clean however. One gentlemen who doesn’t speak English, the maintenance man I think, he shows you to your rooms etc. he’s lovely! Really helpful and rushes to do anything you need, despite not speaking English. Other staff however were not as friendly or eager to help. The shower in our room broke twice, we were sent to a new room where the shower also didn’t work to then be sent back to our room where it was working but smelt very chemically. For a cheap stay to be near the attractions it’s a good hotel. If you’re after something slightly more up there, perhaps not. Overall, 7/10

Our stay went well . The location is ideal, 10 minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants nearby, we have a choice of places to eat. We were well received by the staff, the place has its charm, the swimming pool is well maintained and very beautiful. We had to change rooms because the electricity did not work in our first room and the front door was closed. We were put in another room which was better because it had sockets next to the bed which was not the case in the first. However, we noted that it was a shame that the light appeared in the morning because of the glass blocks. The property was not the best, a few stains on the curtains, duvet cover. Presence of numerous ants in the room on the ground. The breakfast is not the best, the bread has no taste, the choice is very limited. Overall I am satisfied.

Choose to book a hotel because it is a hotel that has many reviews. A lot of people had booked the hotel so I decided to reserve it. When booking, I didn't feel disappointed because of the location. The scenery is in harmony with the price. There may be a few damaged items in the room, but that's OK. The receptionist is friendly and chatty. If I go to Krabi again, I will return to stay here.

Don't stay in this hotel at all. There are many options at the same price. First of all, the room does not work. The air conditioning is not cool. The fenders have fallen off. It is very old. The room is very narrow and the toilet smells bad. The sheets are also broken. I don't know why I need a deposit for check-in. I told the waiter that the last few days are not in Thai baht. It's enough. No matter what you say, it doesn't make sense. Ctrip staff can't communicate either. The experience is very poor. It's the worst hotel I've stayed in several times in Thailand.

The only good thing is that the hotel had a good location, everything else was bad, it was not clean, the curtains did not close, the bathroom had a musty smell and the water did not come out, above our room they had many caged birds, the breakfast was not cool, I don't recommend this hotel at all

The staff is friendly but on the second day we were forced to use their services because our room was not an error on the part of the hostess except that on the 3rd day we returned late and the room was not done this time a cleaning lady did not come what he did the one who worked alone did not have time to do everything and on the last day the room was cleaned but really in a hurry do

Book another type and get another type of room.
