very nice hotel to go for a getaway with your love one. the rooms are extremely clean and service was excellent. the pool was so nice to laze around.

Loved the yoga session! Don’t forget to attend it. Other than that, the place was clean and rooms were very comfortable!! Recommend!

The hotel is clean and the staffs there are friendly and don’t mind going extra mile.. the only thing which I find it difficult is the way going back to the hotel when sun goes down, it is very dark and hard to see..

Ok, far from 5 star resort not sure why would they promote themselves as one.

This hotel is surrounded by greenery and mountains. Nice change up from the beaches. Employees were always smiling and helpful. Free shuttle service to Ao Nang was very convenient. The manager came around during breakfast to ask if everything was okay. We stayed at a pool access room and it was very convenient and beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice quiet and clean

This hotel, as opposed to how it presents itself - is far from a 5-star. More like 3 or 4. It's not bad - it's just the level of service, facilities, is befitting a simpler traveler hotel. The staff is nice and pleasant, the surrounding are calm, but it was a bit disappointing.

Location wise, it was quite off the beaten path and away from the main attractions or any shops or restaurants, and it was too dark to walk out. Breakfast spread was pretty limited and did not meet our expectation at all. Our experience with one of the service staff during breakfast service wasn't very pleasant as well.The bar at the rooftop wasn't open and overall the rooftop wasn't well maintained. The gym was under maintenance/construction during our stay so we couldn't use it at all. The room was huge, well kept and clean though, which we enjoyed as ours had a direct access to the pool.

The room is clean, everything is covered. The service staff is very good and smiling. Bring your father and mother to receive the No. 1 kind-hearted service. Mom and Dad said they were very happy. Thank you.

I don't think it's enough to be called a five-star hotel. The location is a bit remote and it's not very convenient to take a taxi. The earliest shuttle bus departure time is 10 o'clock, which is not convenient. The appearance of the building is a bit old, the rooms are a bit small, and the furnishings are quite average. Hygiene is average. The hotel is a bit expensive, the rooftop skybar is not cheap, and the tourist information at the front desk is also expensive. Breakfast was average. There are some places to eat nearby. The good thing is that the attitude of the service staff is okay and the room cleaning is quite timely. I feel like I might choose to stay directly in Ao Nang or Railay next time I come here.

The hotel facilities are very good. The breakfast is also very good. Both Chinese and Western food are available. The service of the ladies at the front desk is also very good. I will stay here again next time.
