It was a peaceful quiet villa, the staff was amazing. It's best to hire a moped as its far from any shops. My mate and I booked for 4 nights but only stayed 1 night, we didn't want to share our villa with cockroaches. The front door when closed still left a big enough gap for you to stick your finger though. Lots of stray dogs

Great experience! The hosts are very available and friendly. They offer several services (taxi, massages, catering) The setting is superb, quiet and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and clean. The children loved the swimming pool at the foot of the apartment.

Techin provides very at home feeling service. Stayed for 5 nights, quiet and cozy environment, bed and pillow were just right, and slept super deep every night. He has scooter for rent, so if need, ask him in advance. He is always swift in communication on whatsapp. Just it's not a 5 star hotel, do not expect such style facility/service. Location, just less than 10min drive to Aonang Beach

the hotel was fantastic as in the photos, the swimming pool was great. Tchin was very friendly and always there to help. The excursions offered by the hotel are cheaper than what you can find in the city center. We rented a scooter from the hotel and it was in very good condition for 200 baths per day I highly recommend this place.

What a great place to relax! Nice spacious houses, with multiple bedrooms! Ideal for parents with young kids. The resort is a gem. So many beautiful details. The owner and his wife are great. The true rockstars are San and Tutu who will help you with eternal smiles. Rent a motorbike and aonang is a 5 min drive! Big love ❤️for this resort!!

I was planning to spend few days in Krabi and some friends advised to stay in Seava House. The place is amazing! I really felt comfortable and welcomed ! Pros: - owner lives in the property and he is a great guy! - outside of the city, which makes this place peaceful; - relatively new built( 6 years or so ); - interesting design, I was just stopping while walking and staring at things; - good breakfast; - this is small hotel, so not much people in there (6 houses around the pool); -clean pool; - big rooms and bathroom - patio from which you can plunge in the pool; -tv and premium channels ; Cons -none, except that you need to use tuk-tuk or taxi to get to the city and back. There is an in-house tuk tuk and it costs 100 baht to get anywhere in city Pam, thank you for your hospitality and having such a great place for us!
