The hotel is located away from the busy areas, quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful mountain view from the pool. The towels and linen were stained, but everything else in the room was clean and functional, except for the safe which looked like it had long rusted.

Hotel was good. Amazing view for the mountain. Room and bathroom good.
Only cleaning service could be better.

We had an amazing stay at Frank Aonang Resort! Everything was wonderful from the beginning to the end. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and conveniently located not far from the main street.
All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially want to thank Moom and Jan — they were absolutely amazing! They always helped us, gave us useful advice, and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
A special thank you to Jan for organizing tours for us, helping with our airport transfer, and always being there whenever we needed assistance. Her service was truly outstanding and made our trip even more special.
Thank you for such a great experience — we would definitely love to come back again!

Smell in the bathroom, excellent location. The view from the window is not of mountains, but of the roofs of single-story buildings.

Good hotel. No breakfast. Clean. The water runs well. There's a hairdryer. It's away from the busy street, but it's about a 15-minute walk to the pier/beach. Keep that in mind if you have small children. Overall, I liked it.

The hotel was grand. The 2 pools were quite clean and so was the rooms. A short walk to the busy street gave a bit of peace from the bustle of beach side Krabi.
