Hotel was alright but sea view is kinda blocked all is good but laundry bag have tk payyyy

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel located right next to the beach, and my wife and I loved that! We went to Krabi to celebrate our honeymoon and to our surprise, they prepared for us a very nice honeymoon welcome in the room, and we both were very happy.
The only drawback we found was that the rooms apparently have very thin walls or that they let sounds pass through the walls. We could clearly hear what the guests in the other room were talking about and they could actually hear us too, we felt like there wasn't much privacy.

Great location within walking distance to Ao Nang.
The rooms are clean and spacious and service was excellent. Breakfast spread was average though.
Will come back again.

Have been assigned Pool Access Corner Room, but it's a corner and not really a direct pool access. Have to share the access with other rooms (next to) and the guests seems not happy. I actually paid the same rate. Ask if I can change to another room but have to wait until the next day. There's another vacant room but maybe different type, the receptionist seems Ok but talk not in a nice way. She actually can arrange in another way but she did not. We have to wait till 5pm the next day. My kids are too disappointed.
The next morning, system kicks me out at 10am even I haven't check out yet. Raining day is a hassle for us, and we have to face this frustration in this hotel 😕

I really like this property and staff was also friendly and cooperative they make my Anniversary day so special I don’t have words to express… Whenever I got a chance to visit krabi I will definitely stay at this property only

The service was a little slow but the hotel was busy so everyone was doing their best. The facilities were great! Nice gym and kids club, unfortunately I didn’t get to use the spa. The beach front was gorgeous and the live entertainment (singing and fire show) was incredible! The children loved the pools and slides and we were impressed by the Christmas decorations! A very enjoyable stay in an ideal location.

The hotel is in a good location, there are lots of places to shop and eat near the hotel and there is direct access to the beach. The facility was very friendly and assisted us with everything.

A decent hotel good for families. There’s kid’s club, two swimming pools (water warm in June), water slides, spa, family room with double decker bed, decent breakfast (could be improved). Walking distance along the beach to amenities and other dining options.
Food options for breakfast definitely can improve. We made the mistake of dining there for dinner first night cos we haven’t explored around yet.
If u’re expecting luxury definitely not. But decent hotel still for families. Value for money.

Our stay here was brief but good. We only stayed here for one night. The private pool was really nice but the view from the pool/room wasn't great. The room was a bit damp and had a damp smell. However it was clean and the room has a modern but comfortable feel to it. The hotel breakfast is good and has a lot of options. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we experienced excellent service.

Great location, very accessible if you going for island hopping and only 5 minutes walk to Ao Nang Main Street.
I can’t really find a negative feedback on this place, the only thing that might required for improvement would be the breakfast. It wasn’t that bad but I am just being picky here.
