i arrived early due to flight. The hotel charge me 1000thb per room for an early check in at 11am. The So Called Spa is always empty without staff attending to it. The buffeat breakfast cost 280thb/pax and not much varity at all. normal breakfast set cost 199thb/set. All price before VAT. The local tour agency located in the hotel is managed by a friendly female agent. Lots of different sight seeing and activities to choose from. very competitive price , heard to be trip.com appointed local travel agent as well.

Very nice hotel .. aesthetically pleasing. The guy at the reception was also kind . Was interesting in floating breakfast but you can only have if in private pool room. The hotel has a nice pool with good view.

Although the hotel is a bit further back from the sea front we. Booked an extra 3 nights to stay here, you can easily walk to the front in 15/20 minutes or get a taxi for 150-200 bhat, the rooms were very clean and modern, we used the laundry service, our clothes were back within 24hrs and smelled amazing

Good hotel but the location, which is not safe to walk from the beaches due to the lack of pedestrian pavement along the road.

The hotel would have gotten great reviews if not for the night reception staff on our second night on 20 Dec. We have a family room and one of the toilet couldn't flush properly. We called the hotel reception but the guy at the reception was extremely rude. He reprimanded us for throwing toilet paper into the toilet bowl. However, there is no sign in the room not to throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl. This is the first time I have heard that toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl when the toilet paper is soiled with crap. The staff didn't come up to our room after 15 minutes and we called him again. He impatiently said he would come up. Upon arriving in our room, he angrily said we shouldn't throw any toilet paper in the toilet. To my shock, he refused to fix the problem and demanded that we fix the toilet bowl ourselves by throwing us the plunger. This experience spoiled our otherwise great experience at the hotel. The hotel location is about 15 min walk to the beach and it is quite dangerous to walk along the road at night as there is no street light. However, we drove so it is not an issue for us but we saw tourists walking along the lightless road. Another issue we have is that this hotel has only 1 lift so it can be quite a long wait. The lift broke down once during our stay and we had to climb up the stairs to our room. But they fixed the lift within a couple of hours.

I stayed here for three days. My suggestion is not to stay here. The sanitary conditions are good and the infinity pool on the roof is also good. Apart from these two, there is nothing worth staying here. First of all, for this price, wouldn’t it be better for me to book a resort near Ao Nang Beach? The location is better than this hotel. You can believe that this hotel needs a shuttle bus to Ao Nang Beach. Secondly, the most unbearable thing for me is the poor sound insulation. In short, if you don’t want to be woken up at one or two o’clock in the middle of the night to listen to English listening, don’t choose this hotel. I can even hear the voice of the customer service on the phone next door clearly. It’s so exaggerated. Moreover, this hotel receives tour groups and will be woken up very early in the morning.

Very friendly staff! The room was very spacious. Fully equipped (hairdryer, mini fridge, slippers, pool bag & towels, air conditioning). My shower was not working properly, when I reported this to reception it was fixed immediately! The pool is beautiful! What a view. In terms of location it is fine, but you need a taxi to get to the town. During the day there is a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to the beach. Good service!

Clean, very impressed with the service. Worth the price, the mattress is very soft, sleeps very well. The location is in the Ao Nang area. Very convenient to travel, spacious parking, good swimming pool, panoramic view, Ao Nang beach view. I really like it.
