Overall was good ,the location to the main road was very far about 300 m walk,during the day walk was ok but not during the night , during the night if wanna walk the lights was dim ,if it raining days worse , walk on sandy floor , and there's no cut through walk from hotel to the city of main road,suggest to have rent bike service will be better . The room was big and clean but balcony outside the room was too close to each other , very obviously can see each other room and easily to climb over to the next room , we got to close the balcony doors at all times

The only issue I had with this place was the amount of times we had to call to request for our room to get cleaned or request for water. Otherwise it was ok.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and to the main Aonang street. Restaurant was good as well. Room was quiet and fairly clean. The only problem is it is a bit hard/confusing to get around the hotel. Everything is scattered around and it takes time to learn how to get to everything, and there are no clear signs in the hallways.

Service was excellent - all staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and wonderful choice with an omelette/egg station too. The swimming pools amazing with incredible sunset views at the roof top pool. Lovely atmosphere at this hotel for adults only. Rooms were comfortable and beautiful decor. Highly recommend this hotel and great value.

good hotel if you want a short stay good location. friendly staffs. Could have a better amentities. Breakfast can be hit or miss. overall Good value nice pool. will go again. moving to other place ie Tup khake sunset resort will give other place review.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the main street of Ao Nang and 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel is large so walking to your room may be a bit far depending on your room number. The breakfast is ok, but there are not many western options. The hotel's main attraction is the rooftop pool with an incredible view of the local nature!

We enjoyed our stay at Bluesotel Smart hotel. Location wise: it is a 2 minute walk to the beach, and not so far away from shops and restaurants. Our room was cute, we enjoyed staying there however we’d have to constantly call them to clean our room. I think the staff can try a little more when it comes to hospitality. I think they need to have more western options on their breakfast. Oh and they have a rooftop pool that gives spectacular views of the ocean, it’s a great spot to watch the sunset.

A beautiful resort Quiet and waking distance to Ao Nang beach but 20 minutes walk to shopping area Rooftop fool is amazing Can swim and at the same time can watch sunset Breakfast need to improve The juices are diluted and compare to nearby Hotels is no good

Love this hotel so much! Location is excellent - super near the beach (less than 5 mins of walk). Just come out of the hotel, turn right and you can already see the beach ahead of you. Breakfast buffet spread is decent, with a good variation of Asian & Western cuisine. The staff were generally very polite (at the check in counter and at the breakfast buffet). It is a fair bit of walk to the main street - just take note that at night it may be be a good choice to take the normal route (Come out of hotel, turning left) as there are some stray dogs around the grass field. Suggest to take the longer route (via the beach - which you can still make your way back to the hotel via the main street). Both pools are gorgeous! The one at the rooftop is amazing for watching sunset, while the one on the ground floor is great for chilling by the bar in the pool. We booked a Quadruople room and it was spacious! Great for 4 pax - we even had so much space to put our luggages. The balcony was perfect for chilling (with a daybed) or just drying your clothes. Loved that the TV also offers Internet service so we can hook up to Netflix or YouTube. Only con: We asked for a wine opener and wine glasses - the staff offered to open the wine bottle for us, only to ask for THB100 as "room service charge" - not sure if it was legit or just asking for tips. All in all, a wonderful stay and will definitely book this hotel again next time!

Great hotel. Yummy breakfast. Comfy room. Hot shower. Very close to the ***** of restaurants and access to the beach. Front desk will arrange a Tuk Tuk that always comes fast!

I loved this hotel. It meets the expectations from pictures!! Close to the beach, clean, beautiful, luxury, can’t beat the price. I would stay again. Only downside is you have to pay $10 to use the sauna.
