Horrible experience. The rooms are in a bad condition, bedside lamp not working, aircond leaking, water from toilet flowing out, toilet floors were so dirty and we were not even in the mood to take our showers, all the walls are not painted and looking extremely horrendous. Perhaps one of my worst hotel stays in Krabi. The staff were extremely rude. I have asked the shuttle driver if he could drop me off on the way back, he shouted at me and said next time take a scooter. He also used the word "why you people always do so much of shopping"... Like come on, how can a hotel staff use those words. Also take note, the hotel is like a mosquitoes infested zone. You will need to carry some anti-mosquito spray with you at all times. In the room guide it was stated the hotel will be able to provide an international adapter, but sadly I was only lashed at by the reception personnel saying this exact words " no adapter, go buy &-eleven". The staff could have been more polite by saying " we do not have any adapters left Sir, you may purchase one at the nearby &-eleven". I have taken some photos of the horrible condition of the room. I am not a picky traveler as the other resorts I have taken were about the same price but had excellent quality in service and rooms. The management of the resort requires a total overhaul on the service and rooms. But since Krabi has tons of resorts, I suggest you to just skip this one.

Not a good place for couples.. I have booked Deluxe room with sea view( so their is no such things ) later I complained about this so they compensate and give me pool side view, but still the room are pretty old school not very much cleaned, the wood interior in the room is very old from that have many small insect , The staff is very rude here maybe because of language issues, I had flight at 9 o’clock in the morning so one night before I informed if I can get early breakfast so they already accepted and ask me to come at 5:15 am in the morning, I came here for the breakfast they gave me 2 bread and water in one bag 😅 Not at all satisfied with this resort.

The rooms were immaculate, tidy, and inviting. However, the customer service left much to be desired. From the receptionists to the waitstaff (with the exception of two Burmese girls), there was an air of discontent that made interactions uncomfortable. Their service was subpar, and I felt hesitant to even approach them for assistance or to place an order. It seems the hotel is understaffed, leaving the existing staff overwhelmed and unable to provide good service.

Hotel Dan kolam cantik. The old women at the kaunter not friendly and rude. Masa nak check in terpaksa tambah 200bhat semalam sebab pihak hotel maklum anak seorang saja free. Kalau ampa ada 4 anak,kena bayar lagi 3 anak 200 Bhat seorang pernite.

It was one of the nicest swimming pools I've been in Thailand. Large comfy bed Just wish they had a better breakfast for Americans Not much of a variety.

Not to be repeated. Not such a nice experience When we arrived and checked into our villa, the room was really dirty, smelled of mould and the toilet seemed to have piss on the floor. We had to complain and luckily we were moved to a better clean villa. The pool is ok, but is tucked between the building block and the hill, so gets almost no sun all day. The overall facilities are not well maintained, the food in the restaurant is not good, the breakfast so so... The staff are not very friendly and their service is poor.
