Honestly, this stay is the worst experience ever. Start from a good hospitality while checking in and escorting to the most expensive villa of the resort and then it's totally a nightmare. My wife and 5 years old son joined the kayak activity with the good support from the resort staff but when my family finished the activity, the activity attendant informed my wife to drug the kayak to the place in front of the beach restaurant as low tide and activity staff didn't want to drug it by himself. Then my wife informed him that no one informed that guest needs to drug the kayak back about 200 meters and the staff showed dissatisfaction face and told that he will pay a local guy to drug the kayak. Totally bad service but I still believe in 5 star service that mentioned in the resort website. Therefore, I called the guest service team which received a nice taking care of and I was confirmed that the resort manager will call me back to at least.. just explain and say a sincere sorry. Then I realised that I was wrong. No call, no action, no apology letter, no feedback. Just like nothing happened. However, the nightmare still not finished. Next morning, my wife was laying down in the indoor private jacuzzi and found that a garden was trimming the tree above the villa wall at 9:30am. She saw the garden face and eyes which means the garden could see her as well. The piece of A/C wooded cover fall down nearby my head. The sliding door to the private pool could not be locked as the lock is out of order. Found a cigarette butts at the garden next to the private pool. Everything is wrong here. I definitely blame myself and say a thousand times sorry to my family for selecting this resort and booked the most expensive villa.

The hotel is a good price and the deluxe premier room with a balcony tub is wonderful. As with any 5 star resort hotel, it’s further out of town and grab/taxi takes a while to get but you can schedule in advance. Food in the hotel is good. Lots of choice. Slightly on the pricier side but still not too bad. Spa and massage is very expensive (for Thailand massage price) so we have that a miss. 2,000 thb head massage for 60min. Bangkok would be half of that. This includes happy hour 10-2pm 30% discount. Full body 3k. But having a jacuzzi on the balcony of the room was very worth it. Breakfast is great. Would I say here again? Yes! Is it 5 star? Yes! Is it value for money? Yes! Just be prepared for longer travel distance and time and slightly more expensive food and drinks and spa. P.s. it’s on the beach directly!! A smaller boutique 5* resort. Pools are nice and overall resort didn’t feel crowded.

Beautiful hotel in a secluded area in west Krabi. Perfect views of the islands in Phang Nga Bay. Our room was very spacious and clean. Service is excellent. Can walk the beach up and down into the neighboring hotel properties as well.

Very good hotel. I booked a king bed sweet and the room and the view were amazing.

Very beautiful hotel! Points of improvement: * safe was not attached, possible to just walk away with safe! Not that safe! *poolstaff did not pay attention to guests who reserve poolbeds with towel, until we asked if it was normal that guests reserve beds for 6 hrs and do not show up. Then they were taken away. Very annoying! *guests were smoking ******** near the pool, and staff did accept this, while the guests were stoned, and little children in the neighborhood!

The style of the hotel is very special, the service attitude is very good, the room has no view, and the coastal beach is very beautiful!

Serene settings, clean beach, quieter area, great and helpful staff. We got all rooms upgraded ( thanks Woody). Good spread at brdakfast. Marcos restaurant was a little disappointment. Rest everything is good.

Great choice for a family! We spent a week in Amari vogue resort and we are so happy for our choice! The staff are so nice, helpful with everything we asked to make this experience as comfortable as possible! It’s a very quiet place built with Thai architecture very clean and our upgraded room was big and had all the necessary equipment to make us feel great. Breakfast has European and Asian dishes and every day they had different selections. Surprisingly, there’s a Starbucks store in it too! We had 4 times dinner at the Marcos beach restaurant and the food was really delicious. The resort helped us also to book a long tail boat to visit the islands across. Truly, it’s hard to find negative things in our stay. Maybe for some people they won’t feel comfortable with the lots of stairs but you get used to it fast. Near the resort there are no shops and you need to ask the reception to book a car to bring you to AoNang, the closest town that has all the necessary stuff, markets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. It’s about 20’ minutes away. There’s a choice to rent a motorbike as well.

Overall stay was ok however service needs improvement! Majority of the staff seems very unhappy/unwelcoming! First time experiencing such service from a 5 star rating hotel in Thailand!

The hotel excelled in most respect. The rooms were big and nice. Toilets are well done. Location was right on the beach. Though the view from the room may not be the best as the sea view is covered. Food at the hotel restaurant is over priced. Choose to eat out whenever possible. Overall, I would love to come back and stay here. Great for couples and friends. Perfect for a peaceful retreat. Oh, please sit on the beach at night. The waves have blue light due to sea algae (potentially). It is beautiful to watch.

I was little disappointed with the overall ambience of the Hotel as it looks quite torn off. Although the rooms were very good & beautiful contrary to the overall resort look. Somehow didn’t find it up to the mark !

When we went, it was raining heavily.

The room is about the same size as the previous deluxe room, with an extra bathtub and a larger balcony. However, it is further away from the beach and requires more steps. Although the bed is spliced, it doesn't feel like it. It's really big. Big, indeed a king-size bed! There was really nothing to order from the dinner restaurant, and the taste was just so-so. There was no change in the breakfast. I was hungry for seven days and looked at the food but had no appetite. The sunset on the hotel beach is really beautiful! I was lucky enough to see a specialty - lizard on the steps of the hotel😂😂 By the way, the previous review was wrong. The hotel taxi to Ao Nang Beach costs 100 yuan, and the taxi at the door also costs the same. If you rent a motorcycle, turn left at the hotel entrance and go up the mountain. It is a national park, but it is not allowed to enter after 14:00. Those who like nature can explore it.

The hotel is not large and the room is large. There are many stairs to go up and down to the beach. Little friends, bad legs and feet are challenging. Tong the beach with Banyan Tree. There are many beach creatures, and parent -child recommendations.
