Krabi Heritage Hotel

The location is great and the bedroom was clean, but I had multiple problems with the bathroom. The water pressure for the bath was so low it was impossible to fill it, so I contacted the reception who had it fixed quickly. However, the next day, I had black water coming from the shower, bath, and toilets.

The location is very convenient and at the heart of Ao Nang, but about 2.1KM away to Ao Nang Landmark Night Market. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection is very limited was the downside.

What an amazing stay! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach with breathtaking sea views right from the room. The swimming pool is clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the best things about this hotel is how accessible everything is. It's surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it easy to find great food and everything you need within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with convenience and beautiful scenery. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in the Ao Nang area, near the beach, and several shops are nearby as it's on the walking street. However, all the restaurants around the hotel are tourist traps. The hotel itself is clean, high quality, has great amenities, modern, rooms had great view, and staff were polite. Breakfast was slightly disappointing as there weren't many choices. There's also a decently priced tour counter at the hotel selling tours. Overall an excellent hotel.

I stayed here with my husband and our daughter, who is turning 2 very soon. The room was spacious enough, complete with a bathtub, and the bed was big enough for the three of us to sleep comfortably. Although they don’t provide baby cots, it wasn’t an issue at all. While you can't see the beach from the mountain-view room, the towering, rugged cliffs were absolutely beautiful. Since we stayed during the off-season, the price was very affordable! It was a highly satisfying stay.

My stay was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with Ao Nang Beach just a 5–10 minute walk away. Essential amenities are also nearby, including a 7-Eleven and a 100 Baht Shop, both within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, and halal restaurants are easily accessible on foot. If you prefer to dine in, food delivery through the Grab app is also readily available. The service was truly top-notch. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary welcome drink upon check-in after our journey from the airport. It was a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Krabi.

Everythig was good, very clean. Breakfast was delicious and nice. The staff were very kind.

Room very clean, location great, 5 minutes from beach, it can get a bit loud in the evening as there is a couple of bars near by, very nice view from balcony
