Very bad service, I paid for extra bed and breakfast called from 2 pm until 8 pm you just got a pillo, towel and blankets. The said this is for 1,000 thb that I paid for extra bed!
Sprinkle water at the pool still can’t not open evenly you call from 2 pm to 8 pm they just said please wait and wait. They are very busy!
In the morning of your leaving date it still no one to do this for us.
This is a very bad experience I got from this hotel.

Private pool and Jacuzzi were not working. Managed to transfer another villa after we requested. Instead of initiative since they are other villas available. Interior villa is comfortable and good. Buffer breakfast good as they offer varieties. Excellent location as the surroundings offer F&B, shopping and beach spaces.

Service was great the whole time. Very accesible to the beach and 2 nice pool to choose from. Breakfast spread was good as well.

Lovely hotel, right on a beautiful beach. Staff are super attentive and kind. It does look a little run down in some areas but the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Service by the pool could be a little bit better but it does not ruin your holiday or time spent there.
The central location allows for trips out to restaurants, spas etc if you feel for a change of scenery. A lot of day trip companies has this hotel as a possible pick up point.

Good location at the beach, needs a refresher to be great. There is no early check in, 2 PM the check in start

The hotel was run down. The bath had like scale so bad you couldn’t turn the taps. The shower head was broken. Room was also damp and smelt of damp. For price of hotel not worth the stay. We found a hotel for a third of the price which was cleaner and newer.

The pool side living rooms were great. My son l9ved the pool and breakfast beside the beach with Thai boats going past. The service was great.

location is perfect outside of the resort u get everything u want. Carry our own iron box to press ur clothes resort don't provide it at all. Whatever it's mentioned abt the rooms regarding the view it's not thr . Don't take standard room no one stays thr it's empty. You can book poolside or beach villa right in front of beach but to be honest it's not thr much worth better to take poolside . During booking from any website it shows tht they have seaview poolview etc but in reality it's not . If it's mentioned in ur booking and if the resort person didn't not provide it then tell them that's what I did I had to fight for it literally few reception staff was so rude because I paid so much money just for view they provided some other room. Breakfast choice was so less. Staff is not much helpful.resort is perfect as per location but the staff is rude

Pro- great location and beautiful decorated and natural gardens.
Against - lousy. Very very lousy service. Rooms - they have moved / changed us three rooms. Each one with different room failure - water, air condition, shower....,
They allocated a different room then the type booked.
They never fixed room above failures... but they promised they did.
4 days stayed and 3 rooms changed.
They did not offer ANY compensation. .. only " sorry".
The lowest possible service and rooms quality. I had booked luxury expensive room....
So disappointed. SO DISAPPOINTED !
NEVER GO THERE.

Krabi resort is good location but its very old rooms and not well maintained. Hope they can improve room quality in future. Not enough staff also specially for luggage transfers.
