Palm Paradise, Aonang Resort

The accommodation itself was quite nice. It felt more like staying in a private little house than a typical hotel, which I really liked. However, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. There was a constant scratching/noise coming from inside the ceiling or roof, which was quite disturbing, especially at night. The room service was also disappointing. I stayed for 7 nights, but the room was barely cleaned during my stay, and the bed sheets were not changed. The towels provided were also very old and looked quite worn out. Overall, the place itself was comfortable and had a nice private-house feeling, but the housekeeping and maintenance definitely need improvement.

Booked a 2 single bed room for 2 persons. The room was like a bungalow type with complete amenities. Aircon was very cold, room was spacious, bathroom was a bit leaking but there was a bath tub. TV was huge with Prime app, youtube, etc. The price was very affordable for only 630 baht per night. There was also a huge pool for kids and adult, nice dining area for breakfast. The area was good for taking a walk around. The staff were approachable and could speak English as well.It was less than a kilometer to Ao Nang beach, close to reastaurants and 7-11. It was quiet, perfect location if youre looking for peace and quiet. In summary, I would to comeback and book this hotel in the future..

Great location near shops and restaurants. Very cool to have your own private spacious bungalow but the appearance now looks dated and requires renovation. Facilities were absolutely fine and staff were helpful enough.

Pleasant enough stay overall, with nice greenery and a decent location. There are cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance, which was convenient. That said, I couldn’t shake the feeling that this place has a lot of unrealised potential. The pool area could be cleaned and maintained better, and the rooms feel a little tired. On entering the villa, I was slightly underwhelmed as it looked worn compared to the photos. The hot water was also not very hot, which was disappointing. In addition, some of the water taps and electrical sockets were poorly maintained, with a few hanging loose from the wall, which didn’t inspire confidence. I noticed some criticism online about the receptionist (the girl wearing the headdress), but I personally found her pleasant enough. I suspect she treats guests how they treat her. It would have been nice to receive assistance with luggage between reception and the room, though this is a minor point. For the price I paid, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless it was significantly cheaper. It was decent enough, but with some investment and better upkeep, it could be much better.

Yet another beautiful experience!🥰 gorgeous relaxing swimming pool 🏊 with an inside pool table and other amenities 🙌🏻💯 but the Rooms are so comfortable and so quiet 😱🌟!

1. Room no light. Bulb blow. Never change until we check out (2 days). No light. Use TV as room light. Toilet light have. Recep say 5 mins after he test the light but still never came. Finding recep also difficult coz always not at front desk. 2. Recep cannot speak english. Basic english also cannot. Always forgetful. Ask for THB 500 but no change for 1000THB. Waiting for keys take 15 mins at recep. Recep will bring one by one to their own room even thou some of our group is at the same area eg Villa area or Hotel area. Juz one shot bring us, not require come back to & fro as u make other wait. 3. The breakfast sucks, not proper & hygenie. 4. Water from the sink is dirty. From the toilet bowl once u flush also is dirty. Shower water is dripping, so little, bidet also little water. 5. The linens u can see its dirty & some got stains. 6. The only plus point is the balcony view. Thats all i take pic. PS. Wont this hotel again. Not worth the price

It's a ran down pretty do not bock to stay I check in the room door no look toilet water tanning all over check to another room it's the same I check out the same day I go to another hotel please don't tras picture in they pos
