A hotel that was undoubtedly beautiful in the past, on the surface everything looks beautiful from the outside but the level of maintenance is very low, the room and the pool are not clean, towels are not provided, the food in the restaurant does not match the level of the delicious Thai food, I would not give it 3 stars. Very disappointing

The location of this hotel is very good, just near the West Beach Pier. You can take a boat from Ao Nang Beach and it's only a two-minute walk after getting off the boat. It's about a five-minute walk to East Beach Pier. Check in went smoothly. When you arrive before check-in time, you can store your luggage first. The hotel's garden is beautiful, the room is spacious, and the swimming pool is beautiful. The restaurant is facing the beach, there are only three or four staff members, which seems a bit busy.

Very tired place. Breakfast adequate. Restaurant at other times very slow. Beach is poor there. And if you have a very early morning flight you will struggle to get to ao nang beach in time. In essence don’t do your last night there

Really enjoyed my stay, and would book here again. Room was clean, spacious and had everything I need. Water was hot and good water pressure. They had beach towls and bottled water available in the room. Lovely landscaping, what a paradise. Breakfast buffet was also good...eggs to order, fruits, Thai food, breads. Stagg were all friendly and professional.

Amazing hotel! Stayed there for a couple days in May. Staff is super friendly and speak good English. Breakfast is great with both Thai and western food available. Swimming pool is superb. Rooms aren’t fancy but clean and comfortable. Beach by the hotel is decent but it would be great to have some beach chairs there. Overall, highly recommended especially if you’re traveling with your partner. Definitely coming back here

Great friendly staff. Beautiful location with mesmerising views especially if you are given 2nd flood. Love all the plants and the fact that the tree’s are labelled. Great place to stay.
Only feedback would be to renovate the bathrooms. The bathrooms are a bit run down and had a bit of a smell.

All nice, hotel at beautiful beachfront, even the rooms are a bit more in the back, they are spacious, clean and well conditioned, plus have a nice pool in front of them.
Could have more services at the beachfront, e.g. the restaurant is only open for breakfast, seems no drinks are offered either during the day time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a jacuzzi villa. The location is perfect - steps from the beach as well as from the main road that has restaurants and bars. Super friendly staff, beautiful pools and ponds, two swimming pools, etc. Super clean and modern. The room was bigger and nicer than I expected. The breakfast had more variety that a usual breakfast buffet in Thailand. Lastly, great sunset views from the restaurant. My stay was perfect. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Railay.

It's an older hotel. There is a very humid smell in the room, but overall it's quite beautiful. The room is very big. The hotel is right next to the sea. There is a beach in front of it. However, due to the rainy season, the tide was high and I couldn't get through the front door for several days. Let's go. Fortunately, there is a back door to go through. The breakfast is rich and delicious. It's great to look at the sea while eating breakfast. The beach towels that should be in the room have reacted with the umbrellas twice. I didn't see the umbrellas until the third day and there were no beach towels until I left. .
