The Krabi Forest Homestay

Wonderful hotel and staff. Like many villas, the soundproofing might not be the best, but this is easily made up for by the beautiful sounds of nature and the forest. The hotel is conveniently located near a 7-Eleven. You can book tours right at the front desk, and the night market and Ao Nang Beach are also easily accessible. It's clean, has plenty of space, and features a mini-terrace in front of the entrance where you can park your scooter. We didn't opt for breakfast, but it looked quite nice. The girls at the front desk are fantastic and very helpful, especially Ma and her friend.

Excellent hotel, everything you need is within walking distance. Thank you, if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay here.

When I first arrived at the hotel, everything was nice and pleasant. However, the next morning when I asked for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels, I was told that rooms are cleaned every two days. If rooms are cleaned every two days, does that mean if I book the room every day, they won't give me fresh towels or clean the room? The cleaning done every two days was so bad that there were unidentified stains on the pillows, resembling bloodstains. The location is good, the surroundings are good, but for the three days I stayed there, they only provided fresh towels once and cleaned our room once, which was not pleasant at all. They quoted 600 baht per day if paid in cash, but I booked the same room cheaper through Trip. Is that why I only received one cleaning and one set of fresh towels during my three-day stay? It's ridiculous to use the same towel for two days. The weather is already hot, so you constantly need cold showers. In fact, towels should be changed once in the morning and once in the evening. Changing towels every 2-3 days is absurd.

The hotel environment was quite acceptable, and the room was very clean. It was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a good sleep. The customer service staff were very enthusiastic. Overall, everything was good, with nothing to complain about.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at since arriving in Thailand, and I've been to quite a few. The staff are incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and very attentive, which is a real pleasure. The value for money, plus the location, is unbeatable in my opinion. The ladies at the reception were able to quickly resolve two issues I had. This place truly captured my heart. With so many smiles, professionalism, and kindness, you just don't want to leave. A big thank you to these ladies for making my stay in Krabi even more enjoyable.

Perfect location, easy access to everything. My room at the end of the complex was a bit noisy, but otherwise, it's definitely recommendable. Would come again.

The staff were very polite, helpful, and provided excellent service. The room was clean, and the check-in process was clearly explained. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.
