The hotel is quite nice, room is bigger than expected. Location good, near 711 and restaurant around. Will book again if go to Krabi.

A very quiet hotel and very relaxing atmosphere inside the resort, a fairly rich breakfast and very friendly staff ready to help guests with any problem! Everything that you can expect from a holiday resort….

Great clean and large room. Price was good.
Pros: biggest room in budget, 15 min from ao nang beach, right within the ao nang street market, 7/11 in 2-3 min walk, good restaurants nearby, pretty garden compounds, cloth hanger, wifi, umbrella, small balcony, water bottles, tea-coffee, safe box, bath and pool towels provided. Also huge spotless mirror! They also help booking local cab if you need one. Very good room cleaning everyday. Couldn't get time to visit the pool so don't know how it is. Polite staff.
Nitpicks: mild weird smoky smell coming from bathroom/curtains sometimes, AC takes time to cool the large room,
Sink didn't have a sieve, some gurgling noise from toilet sometimes, safe box key needs to be taken from lobby
after signing (if you lose the key a lot of penalty for that), penalty fees listed for almost everything (I guess maybe past bad experiences), room wifi was very slow but after informing they told to connect with another wifi which was fast. No bell boy to carry luggage or show you to room. Even if you don't put the make up room sign, they still make it up! Some mosquitoes are there.

Excellent spacious rooms with great soundproofing, a clean pool, and a fantastic location! I especially want to highlight the really good breakfasts: a wide variety of food to suit every taste, and polite staff :)
Just two minor issues: there were an insane number of mosquitoes; we had about 20 in our room upon check-in. And the bathroom drain was clogged.

Hotel very nice, very big room, pool is nice and has a little gym area that I don’t think is even in the description! Staff is very nice and has transport to ports!

On the first night, when I entered my room, I noticed an extra door next to the TV. When I tried to open it, I realized it was a connecting door to the adjacent room. Thankfully, it was locked, but I could clearly hear the conversations and a baby crying from next door, which meant I barely slept all night.
The next morning, I explained the situation to the staff, and they moved me to a different room, which resolved the noise issue. However, when I requested the TM30 form for official documentation, the hotel staff simply told me they couldn't provide it and that I should contact the booking agency. They refused to provide the necessary document.
Ultimately, I never received the required document, nor did I get any proactive assistance in resolving the issue. Despite having one more night booked, I was so disgusted by their response that I decided to check out early and move to a different hotel.
Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience in terms of both room soundproofing and customer service.
