Krabi Pak Nam Hotels

We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

From my experience for 4 days 3 nights here, all good as described like in the description. But, i thought is provided laundry service but is not. So, those please note that this hotel have not laundry services.

A friend who has lived in Krabi for 30 years recommended The Greenry to me. I was considering booking on Riley Island and enjoy the beaches (at 2000 to 3000 Thai baht per night). That rins about 60 to 100 usd per night. So grateful I stayed her in Krabi Town. I have gone to Ao Nong beach 3 days in a row. The resturants are great along the beach. I can walk, bike or grab a (Rot Thaw) which is so cheap. The back of it has side seating and it is about 50-60 baht (about $1,50 usd) If you want to go alone than its more. I love this place. Nothing fancy but the owner Bang speaks English and they have a great staff. There is an elevator and stairs for their 4 floors. There is no iron or blow dryer. Bring your own. They do not serve breakfast but from what I can see, they must have before Covid. Have grace as these hotels get back on their feet. I paid 500 Thai baht per night. That's $15 per night. The rooms are a good size. There is lovely outdoor tropical seating/tables and chairs to sit under ceiling fans. It's worth it! This may be my regular place to stay. Lot's of highly rated restaruants and cafe's in walking distance. Very Covid safe and Sha approved!

The hotel's strategic location near the river allows for easy exploration of the surrounding areas. With the night food market just a 5-minute walk away and Krabi walking street within comfortable walking distance, convenience is guaranteed. Your needs will be catered to by the polite and helpful staff, ensuring a pleasant stay. Immaculate rooms and impeccable service further contribute to a delightful experience. Although the sink might be considered small, it proves to be inconsequential when compared to the overall positive aspects. Following our enjoyable two-night stay, we are undeniably compelled to return.

This hotel is really cute and they have the best hook ups for transportation and tours. They really don’t pressure you either. My friends booked at the blu monkey nearby, a new 4 star hotel in town, and the front desk couldn’t be half assed to help arrange anything, but everyone I talked to at the front desk here was helpful and arranged an easy ride to Railey. When I wanted to go to Ao Nang, they even suggested the bus or grab instead of taxi. The rooms are clean and basic, though tbh there’s some wear in the paint and such. Still a great stay. Bed was soft.

Do NOT waste your money! We booked this hotel as a family of 4, for 4 nights - we checked out after 1, and had i of been able to get another hotel on the same day as check in, we would have left right away. On arrival, the hotel room was horrible!! It was dirty, with mould and bubbling and food marks all over the walls, mirrors not cleaned, hair on the floor, cubbards falling apart in the bathroom, a bathtub with no taps, towels with holes that looked like they were 10 years old, tthe shower had no pressure to it and was cold! Stains on the bedsheets! A family room and only 1 sofa to sit 2 people, a TV that was fuzzy and no english chanels. We went to reception and complained and they did send up housekeeping to clean, and the offered us to move rooms (to a smaller one) and then offered us a conjoining room to the family room as compensation. The cleaners came and dusted and mopped, it made no difference. On booking it states they have a restaurant on site - in the in room information folder it says there is room service. They do not! They only offer breakfast! Amazing to not be able to get any food after travelling many hours with young children. You have to go to the 7 11 next door, or walk 15 minutes to the town to find any sort of food for lunch / dinner. Breakfast was cold, only fried eggs offered and they were not even cooked. Buffet is only offered if they have enough guests, otherwise you get a set meal which again, looks aweful and processed. We checked out as soon as we could the next mornimg and of course, no conpensation or refund offered. How this hotel has received a 4* rate is beyond me! At 80£ per night, there is nothing 4* about it. The level is what i would expect from a hostel. Would not ever stay again and you shoulnt either. The location was close to the town which we explored in the evening to find dinner, and that was cute and lovely. The town was the only positive!!!!

Always start our time in Thailand at the Fong. The reception is extraordinarily friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We are treated as family and the staff leave us feeling relaxed and at home and ready for the next stage in our holiday.

The air conditioner has been on for a long time before it gets cool. The room is a bit old, but there are many people in it, so it's not scary.

Still a good place to stay for a couple of days. Hotel are placed a little outside from Krabi Town, but there are a lot of restaurants around the Hotel. For now, a construction is going on. They are building a new reception, new Café and not to forget a new swimming pool. According to the manager they hope to be finish in November. We will be back at next year. We look forward to stay at the hotel and the new thing once again. According to manager, the hotel will have breakfast and buffet again, when renovation is finish. Note Hotel is SHA+ approved. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel after a pleasant stay. Unfortunately this time was different, we booked a van service with the hotel to take our elderly parents to Phuket Old Town Bus Station and paid at the reception. When the driver arrived the next day he announced to our non English speaking parents that he would drop them outside of town near his office. When we went down to solve the misunderstanding the driver started to very aggressively yell at our 70 year old parents. Finally he complied but when we complained about this behaviour to the hotel staff suddenly the receptionist spoke 0 English, we talked to the reception manager who was also extremely impolite and unpleasant. Very disappointed with the hotel service, cannot be trusted.
