The breakfast is rich and the hotel environment is very good. However, all restaurants are not indoors. It is hot with only a small fan in the daytime at more than 30 degrees. The airport pick-up service is very good and they will give guests water to drink, but there is nothing for the airport drop-off.

This is my second time staying at Bimalai; the price during the non-rainy season is too expensive, but the price during the National Day is not bad. Overall, there is nothing to say. The software and hardware are the best on the island. Order two drinks at the beach bar during happy hour every evening, and then quietly wait for the sunset. This is the real way to start the holiday. I remember that when I came to stay in September 2016, there were only a few East Asian faces in the whole hotel. Now Xiaohongshu highly recommends it, and during the National Day, almost half of them are fellow residents. Even so, it still seems less crowded and comfortable.
PS: October is really a good time to stay in Bimalai, the price is the rainy season, but it won’t rain almost every day like August and September.

The hotel is far from Krabi Airport, but the entire airport pick-up service is done in one go. The minibus pick-up plus the hotel's exclusive ferry service are very satisfactory. The service of the hotel staff is superb. The pre-booked restaurant location is also very considerate to decorate the table with flowers and accompany it with thoughtful words.
