Not even a kettle in the room, room despite heating very cold, breakfast very average - quite average value for money.

The hotel is quite a playground to the Center-Wawel. A good 30 minutes. Breakfast not very varied. No amenities. However, clean and quiet area.

I found the hotel basic but adequate for my needs. It was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. However, air conditioning in rooms would have been nice, WiFi kept dropping out, and tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been good. Also, because it is in the suburbs it was necessary to use Bolt for me but they are very reasonably priced so wasn’t too much of an issue. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Can’t complain with the price at all. Clean & comfy. Stayed with my boyfriend (28) Lovely polite staff. £3-£5 taxi to the Center using bolt available quickly. Was £7 from the airport. Arrived 10am from an early morning uk flight and nice surprise they had a room so we could drop our bags and freshen up before heading out. Only slight check in improvement would be to have the radiators on prior so the rooms warm on arrival. It was -6 and the room was freezing. Nice views from our room (28) Breakfast had good options lovely scrambled egg. Heading into colder months more hot selection (porridge/beans) would be good. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting…. We arrived late at night and the hotel was nowhere near any amenities whatsoever. Upon check-in we were given a key to a very old, dated room, (which absolutely did not reflect the price paid). There was no lift and the lights did not properly work, so we had to walk up the stairs in the dark. The room had no kettle or hot drink facilities and the next morning the door actually fell off its bottom hinge. That night after trying to sleep on damp bed sheets the door began to rattle where we believe someone was trying to enter the room, so we had to drag a chair to the door so it couldn’t be accessed from the outside. The cover in the bottom of the shower came loose, the towels were paper thin and small, and the remote control didn’t work properly. Needless to say, we were horrified with our experience at this hotel and decided to check out. The owner offered us an alternative room; however, we had decided that enough was enough and we moved to a larger, safer hotel in the city centre. I am sharing our experience so hopefully no one else will go through what we did, and the hotel will make some serious changes.

Very basic hotel, we had a twin room for myself & my 12 year old son. The room was quite small, only 4 usable sockets in the room but once you've plugged your adapters in you're left with only 2 usable sockets. I took to plugging the kettle in in the bathroom if we needed to use both sockets (tea & coffee facilities are not provided as standard). The shower is tiny, with the controls right in the middle of the wall (not at the back which would've left more space) so everytime you moved you knocked the handle and either got burnt or frozen. The restaurant ONLY serves breakfast, not evening meals or a sandwich if you arrive late at night as we did. There are no local shops to buy anything to eat. We went for a wander and found the Esso garage which has a mini cafe. The walls are very thin so we were woken up at 5am every morning by the people in the room next to us who did not have any "indoor" voices, the tvs are on the adjoining wall behind your headboard so you can hear that too. Staff were lovely, breakfast was nice. Good enough if you're just going to use it as a base for day trips but make sure you buy food on the way back. I downloaded the BOLT FOOD app and ordered a takeaway on our last night, reception got us some plates and cutlery from the kitchen.

We stayed for 3 nights and it pretty much met our requirements for a budget hotel. We read previous reviews and agree with some of the points raised. The hotel itself was selected by our agent as part of a package. The plus points were the hotel staff were exceptional, the breakfast was plentiful, the hotel is located in a quiet area, 10 mins walk from a tram. On the negative side, the room felt damp, the cleaning was missed or incomplete and noise travels within the hotel, which led to disturbed sleep. Overall, it was suitable for our needs but a bit more attention to detail would give a better experience.

We arrived late at night to find there was nowhere to get anything to eat, they wouldn't even do us a sandwich. Thankfully there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We went for walk to find a shop/garage, about a 130 minute walk there & back. We ordered a take out 1 night and were happily provided with plates & cutlery. Walls are quite thin so if your neighbours are early risers then you are too. Shower didn't have enough room to swing a cat in. Breakfast was nice, quite a good assortment. We jumped on the trams daily and never paid once, could not figure this out. It's like you have a choice of paying or not as there are no ticket inspectors. We went to Auschwitz & Birkenau (a must do tour), the Be Happy Museum (lives up to the name), a wax works museum (so bad it was hilarious) and Kraków Castle. Download BOLT to order taxis rather than take one at the airport, so much cheaper. Use the electric scooters too.

I’d say the hotel is average at best. The staff were friendly but the room was really disappointing. Hotel is dated, really could do with a freshen up. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures you see here. Issues with the room we had were: • cracked bathroom floor tiles • trash lying in the room when we checked in, clearly not been cleaned properly • no air con (which is the summer in Krakow was torture) and the best they will supply you with is a mini desk fan • towels are tiny and wafer thin, really poor quality • no tea or coffee facilities • bathroom light is a small lamp above the mirror which doesn’t provide much light • bed was rock solid, only marginally better than sleeping on the floor. Only one pillow per person and it again was poor quality • rooms are not cleaned once you have checked in. The most the cleaner will do is empty the bin I definitely wouldn’t return to the hotel again. It’s fine for location if you are happy to get a taxi everywhere, but it’s no where near anything in terms of walking distance. Disappointing.

This non-smoking hotel is not French-speaking and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is located in a residential, quiet and green location. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the wifi works well. The air conditioning has been replaced by a fan (we are in Poland, the weather is not good all year round)..... The buffet breakfast is very generous. There is an all-day bar where you can have a drink on the terrace and this establishment also has parking. The old city center can be reached on foot in around thirty minutes and 15 minutes away there is a shopping center. I will go back there.....

Hotel located close to the city (5 minutes by car, 6 minutes walk to the tram stop, 40 minutes walk to the center). Hotel a little dated, large room but without any blinds, uncomfortable bed and covered with plastic (I have no idea why) very noisy. Small bathroom without bidet and without hairdryer. Shower wipes rather small. Rather poor international breakfast with only a cake and biscuits (no croissants). Cappuccinos for a fee. Parking. Fair price but I won't go back.
