It's a really nice hotel! The bed is big and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It is not near to the krakow train station but you can ride No. 52 tram right in front of the hotel entrance to get there!:)

The decoration of the hotel is very nice. I like it very much. Everything in the room is also very good. There is no change in the hotel breakfast after 4 days. It is the same every day. This is a shortcoming. In addition, the hotel location is a bit far from the city center! There is a problem with the tram stop in front of the hotel these two days, so I have to walk one more stop🙁

Very satisfied. The hotel is very new, the price is cheap, the breakfast is rich, and the price is super high. The city is super beautiful and impressive. Staying for one night on a business trip can be said to be the most satisfying and cost-effective hotel in this European trip. The location is also very convenient

WiFi: Good quality, reliable connection. Cleanliness: Very good throughout the hotel. Comfort: Comfortable beds and pillows; however, the towels could be improved. Staff: Polite and smiley, though could be a bit more engaging. Food: Enjoyed the mocktails, but breakfast could use a wider selection of fruits. Location: Excellent, close to the tram stop Cystersów, just 2 stops from the main railway station and 3 stops to the city center. There is also an underground parking available. Atmosphere: Modern, industrial vibe. Value for Money: Good option for a short stay, offering excellent value near the city center.

What a suprise this hotel was, close to central station, catch number 5 or 79 tram from Glowny Tunnel (under train station) to Cystersow stop Last tram around 23.00pm). The hotel itself is very modern, clean, comfortable bed & bathroom shower excellent. The breakfast here was very good, with a selection of hot & cold food. The serial could have been a bit more exciting. Staff very helpful. I really can't complain about anything, and would definately stay here again.

The hotel is pretty new and modern which is visible from the entrance door. It offers pretty good service in comaprison to the price. I observed the retaurant manager who is extremly helpful and open towards guests which go far beyond his duties I believe. All personel is helpful and open I managed to talk to reacting fast for any even non standard wishes.

A lovely vibrant hotel with art works on the walls and retro displays in the main lounge area. Service was prompt and friendly and the hotel is located approx 40mins walk from the old town. We found the restaurant good value for money and the evening coffee made behind the bar is excellent. Breakfast coffee provided from machines- well lets just say that there is vast room for improvement on the basis of quality. The latter is the only negative aspect of our stay. The heated floor in the bathroom is welcoming and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Came across sudden heavy snow in Krakow yesterday when passing through this hotel. Perfect hide! Had a caffè latte (highly recommended by the restaurant) and cake of the day. Colleague needed some warmth so he ordered Irish coffee and chocolate fondant. Superb fine taste and cozy while watching strong wind and heavy snow outside. Will try lunch or dinner next time and may be staying for a weekend.

Great new hotel. Room beautifully designed, spacious yet cosy. Breakfast good and the communal spaces fun to hang around in. Bit if a trek to town centre but tram stop near. Had more soul than the Mercure down the road. Superb value for money.

We visited Krakow in order to attend Bjork's tour. To anyone interested in concerts, it is the best choice, as it's just 15 mins on foot from Tauron arena, or 5' if you get transport. There is a railway stop just outside the hotel taking you to the old town in 5 minutes, as well. The decoration of the lobby is really interesting and seems like decorators put really effort into it. Despite the young age of all staff, they were quite friendly and helpful. Another good point was the shower, as you can set the temperature really easily. There was also a shared iron room, which I found a really good idea. What could be improved is that there should be one use flip flops in the room as amenities, as it was quite uncomfortable visiting the bath bare foot. Temperature was really high and we couldn't set it to a lower but just turn the fan speed to 0. Also, I feel that the food catalogue was too expensive, so we were discouraged to taste anything from the hotel, even just a burger. For a 3 star city hotel, such food should be cheaper than every place in the city, not the opposite. We really enjoyed our stay and If we had to visit Krakow again, we would definitely come back.
