Jolanda and Simon were wonderful hosts! I was given a tour of the facility and a warm welcome. This resort functions more as a shared airbnb— open concept outside dining with connecting kitchen that all guests are welcome to use (which is nice as the island restaurants catering to tourists book up quickly this time of year, and the local hole in the wall spots often have fluctuating hours of operations). The area felt incredibly safe, especially as a woman traveling alone. My room was clean and comfortable— no television which I found to be nice, so bring some books for entertainment at night. The AC was great, the shower pressure could be better. As with most of the island, there are a lot of mosquitos so make sure to bring heavy duty bug spray! When I come back to Bonaire I will seek out the Goood resort for my stay!

Nice small quiet hotel
This was a very nice quaint 8 room hotel nestled in the hills with fantastic views. It was very quiet and Kim was very nice and helpful and gave us an entire tour of the property. The hotel is very quiet and serene.

Super fijne tijd gehad in Goood Resort! Ruime kamers met airco, allemaal eigen badkamer, heerlijk zwembad, gezellig plekjes buiten overal ook in de schaduw en in de hangmatten. We waren in totaal met 9 mensen (2 gezinnen) en hadden alle ruimte! We zouden zeker nog een keer terug gaan

Op een fantastische locatie met uitzicht over Bonaire licht dit resort wat aandoet als een finca. Hele fijne ruime airconditioned kamers met eigen badkamer. Ruime keuken voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijke hangmatten, een fijn zwembad en een waanzinnige buitenkeuken met een groot ei om op te bbqen. We hebben ontzettend genoten! Een heerlijke plek! Wij zijn in augustus op het mooie Bonaire geweest en hebben genoten van het Goood Resort. De vibe van het eiland is op het resort terug te vinden. De hangmatten in de schaduw, het zwembad, de jacuzzi, de tuinen met een heerlijke tropische buitendouche, de rust en niet te vergeten het fantastische uitzicht op de zee en klein Bonaire. Op het zonnedek is het uitzicht nog beter en kun je heerlijk genieten van een sundowner met zicht op de ondergaande zon. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor duikers met een mooie plek om je gear te spoelen en te drogen. De Green Egg maakt het plaatje compleet. Ook voor auto's is voldoende ruimte op het terrein van het resort. Een echte aanrader! Simon en Jolanda zijn kanjers. We komen graag weer.

Loved the thoughtfully designed layout of the beautiful amenities (sunset deck, two pools, private garden area, sun lounger chairs and shade hammocks), and shared big kitchen and dining spaces. It was as easy to fall into conversation with another guest as it was to find private space. Rooms and bathrooms were ample with comfortably firm, enormous beds. Manager Kim helpfully called to reserve restaurant seating for us and answered questions. I wish we'd had more time to just lounge around the pool - next time! Highly highly recommend the Goood Resort.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary in Bonaire and are so glad we chose The Goood Resort as our home for the trip. Kim welcomed us by email within a day a booking and inquired about whether we would need breakfast or a vehicle (yes to both!) . She also arranged for taxi pickup at the airport. When we arrived at the resort, I couldn’t stop calling it an “oasis,” with the hammocks blowing in the breeze and blue pools overlooking the desert city. The whole experience was so quiet, comfortable, and welcoming that we are already talking about coming back!
