Un hotel reformado, con acabados de buena calidad y muy cómodo. Un desayuno muy completo y con muchos servicios. Comodidad para aparcar. Recomendable!

Les plus : - Les chambres, même les petites, sont si bien organisées qu'elles donnent l'impression d'être beaucoup plus grandes. - Le petit déjeuner est très bien, - Le wifi fonctionne bien. - Le parc de l'hôtel est absolument féerique, gratuit pour les clients, et souvent vide, offrant l'occasion de découvrir en toute tranquillité 88 hectares d'une nature superbement préservée et d'aller voir les chevaux. - L'hôtel accepte les chiens. - Le marché dans le parc le dimanche matin est une expérience conviviale de dégustation et d'échange avec les commerçants locaux. - L'hôtel est magnifique, particulièrement design, et l'éclairage a été soigneusement étudié. - Même si le parking peut être plein après 22h, il est toujours possible de se garer au parking gratuit attenant. Les moins : - Pas de machine Nespresso dans les chambres. - Chambre moyennement insonorisée avec le bruit des portes qui claquent le matin. - La douche à l'italienne transforme la salle de bain en piscine. - Le supplément pour chien est plus cher que partout ailleurs qui ne s'explique pas aucun service en plus (le ménage quotidien est fait en 30mn) - La grille automatique du parking, qui lit les plaques d'immatriculation, ne fonctionne pas toujours.

Super Hotel mit fantastischen Frühstück! Wir sind hier eine Nacht auf der Rückreise von Kroatien nach Deutschland geblieben. Wunderschöne Gegend, der Check In ging problemlos, das gesamte Hotel wie auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und super sauber. Super Betten, wir haben einwandfrei geschlafen. Freundliches und professionell Personal, fantastisches Frühstück was wir sehr genossen haben. Ganz klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank

Un maravilloso hotel en una localización inmejorable. El hotel es moderno, muy bien decorado con detalles lujosos y unas preciosas habitaciones, Construido en los terrenos del castillo de Bro. lo que te permite, si estás alojado en el hotel, pasearte por sus terrenos que son un sueño : lagos, bosques, puentes...una explosión de belleza y naturaleza que puedes disfrutar prácticamente en solitario.

We had a night here, the bedroom was super spacious and comfortable. The location is stunning and the gardens nearby are amazing. My only disappointment was paying €11 to have English tea bags and milk added to the tea/coffee facilities that are provided. The attitude was that they just don’t provide them as part of the normal offering.

Fresh hotel and relaxing atmosphere across from Park Bdro. Hotel guests have complimentary entrance to the park. The large ornate park has a 14th century palace overlooking ponds, a river, forest, stables of Lipizzaner Horses. You can see the horses from the hotel's restaurant terrace also. The view from your hotel room is green and nature and mountains. Hotel guests receive complimentary spa access with various wellness stations, including aroma steam room, snow room, sauna, salt room and tropical rain showers. It's lovely and relaxing. Massage available at a fair cost The breakfast buffet is full of choice. And the meals at the restaurant are also a high quality. The hotel permits well behaved dogs in the rooms and common spaces. The staff were helpful and kind. We will return. Our stay exceeded expectations.

We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was lovely, food was nice, wellness great BUT!! we went there to relax after a rough period which unfortunately we could not. Came home tired 🥺 Housekeeping stuff was yelling every morning on the corridor between rooms and the curtains were not blackout, so it was impossible to have one good night sleep, which was the whole point. We mentioned it twice to reception, but they didn’t do anything, also the lady was not too kind. There was also a group of teenagers who were running around and had breakfast barefoot or in socks (!!) It was pretty disappointing that they allowed such things in a 4* hotel. All these things are not huge, but can destroy a leisure experience.
