A learning environment: In the peaceful Lower-Rhine countryside in the middle of a golf course, you will find an entire conference world within 49 acres of private grounds, yet still centrally connected. The Mercure Tagungs- und Landhotel Krefeld is a place to learn, where there is space and freedom to think, where meal times are not a factor, but market-fresh cuisine and good wine are, where taking a break helps to achieve success, where creative activities are as much a given as bright learning spaces.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Cleanliness everywhere, comfortable bed, silence in the room. I really liked the breakfast, a lot of choice, everything was fresh. I will definitely come back if I'm in Dusseldorf again.

Very efficient and pleasant staff at the reception for the check-in downstairs. As an ALL platinum member, I was upgraded upon check-in. The room was large, conveniently furnished and quiet through the night. As I had an early departure, I took a taxi to get to the airport (5min ride) as the hotel is not exactly at the airport (22min by walk).
Moxy Duesseldorf is just like fashion: At its best, it has the ability to transform your mood, identity, and, of course, your look. It can be fun, refreshing, and purposeful. Upon arrival, guests at our hotel are met by a stylish and open lobby with state-of-the-art design and thoughtful features like "Plug & Meet" gathering areas with ergonomic seating, a state-of-the-art video wall with helpful travel tools, and a bar that's always open! After a long day, retreat to cozy guest rooms that seem more like a fashion crib with cushy beds, 42" TVs with high-quality sound systems, and speedy Wi-Fi. Fashion is like eating; You shouldn't stick to the same menu. Our Moxy crew helps you wake up with a healthy continental breakfast, freshly brewed morning coffee, and plenty of grab-and-go snacks for when you sleep in.

The rudeness of a young staff member spoiled our stay at this lovely hotel. Started off at checking in a young man at the checking desk handed in a piece of paper to my husband asking him to sign that without explanation what it was. Next he asked my husband to put his credit card to pay for a stay. Although my husband said he had already paid for the 3 night stay, the boy asked him again to put the card in the card reader which my husband did. After repeating that the stay had been already paid for the young man checked on his computer and asked his colleague for help (cancelling transaction?)he also said that it was nothing to worry about. Then I suggested that we had to check next time whether customer has already paid or hasn’t- so with a very cold face he told me off for my attitude saying that everything was going to be ok. Thanks God we had more money than what was locked on the bank account otherwise we would be in trouble. When I suggested that little ‘I’m sorry’ would help the situation the young member of staff said he did not have anything to apologise for. Not at all a warm welcome in the very beginning made us feel very disappointed and me and my hubby would not recommend staying at the Moxy Hotel. The staff that we met next morning was nicer and helpful, continental breakfast was good and hotel’s design is quirky and has many comfy places to lounge. There is an AppleMac with the internet which is very helpful when exploring things to do in Düsseldorf. Our room was cleaned every day, the hotel seems to be quite a clean place although there is a one friendly mouse running between seats in the lounge.
The 25hours Hotel Das Tour is a very special liaison in the new Dusseldorf district Le Quartier Central. The major Rhine city of Dusseldorf and its proximity to France inspired the Swedish creative team Stylt Trampoli to weave German engineering and French artistic flair into a holistic concept for this property. Highlights include the restaurant and bar concept The Paris Club on the 16th and 17th floor. The spa on the 14th floor offers a similarly breathtaking view.

Had a great 3 nights stay on 25 Hours Dusseldorf .
On the positive: Great service, from the welcoming all the way all the staff we came across.
i normally don't book breakfast when traveling for leisure as I like to explore local foods, so have no opinion on the breakfast but the little coffee stand inside the hotel has what could arguably could be the best coffee in Dusseldorf.
Yes, rooms are not huge but comfortable enough, nice mini fridge with consumables for free and most important: Was very clean.
Holiday Inn - the niu, Tab Dusseldorf Main Station: The three letters t, a, and b stand for Tokyo, Art & Beer, and thus for various cultural influences that make Dusseldorf so exciting and diverse. Inspired by Germany's largest Japanese community in the trendy "Little Tokyo" district, the city's famous artists, and of course the traditional Altbier, the design picks up Asian elements as well as rustic furniture and modern murals. Have a seat in our living lobby, meet friends, or use the co-working space for surfing or working. By the way, free high-speed WiFi is available in the entire building, even in the rooms. At the 24-hour reception you can always get tips, help, and snacks as well. For breakfast, we welcome you to the buffet. You can park your car in our underground garage for a fee - that's practical because our Holiday Inn - the niu, Tab Dusseldorf Main Station is centrally located near the main train station and is perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. From our large terrace you have a beautiful view of the Bürgerpark. Likewise, some of our 438 double rooms, of which are wheelchair accessible. The other rooms offer a view of the city. Twin beds, a 43"" smart TV, and a Bluetooth sound system promise modern comfort. If you come with a child, we will set up an extra bed or a baby crib for you. Look forward to experiencing Dusseldorf and feel at home staying at our Holiday Inn - the niu, Tab Dusseldorf Main Station!

I was put up at the Niu Tab for a night by my company as a company event took place nearby. So were a number of my colleagues. I quite enjoyed my short stay. Most of my colleagues liked the hotel as well. The rooms weren’t very spacious, but were clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with TV, A/C, a safe and a hairdryer. No minibar or coffee/tea making facilities, though, which we would have liked upon our arrival as we had gotten stuck in traffic for hours and were quite thirsty. Breakfast was buffet style and was very good. Lots of choices, fresh, well-prepared food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One point of criticism: when we arrived at shortly after 4 p.m., only about half of our key cards had been programmed. I was one of the lucky ones who got their cards right away, but some of my colleagues had to wait for over half an hour. I call that lack of organisation, particularly since we arrived much later than planned.

Excellent hotel, greatly located just next to Duisburg Main Station. Modern, calm, close to public transportation. Hotel security is excellent, access is controlled 24 hours, facility accessible only for hotel guests. The team is very attentive, professional, efficient and well trained. Room size is bigger than standard for same hotel category. The hotel is very clean, both the public areas and the room. Bathroom modern and well equipped. I will definitely stay there again next time in the area. Definitely with my recommendations.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip. The hours of the breakfast on Sunday are terrible (7-10am). Nothing else is open for breakfast near the hotel. They need to stay open later. The front desk staff are very rude. On my 3 interactions with them, they could care less about the needs of a guest. I am a Hilton Diamond member and Marriott Titanium member and am use to a hotel that focuses on customer service. Even simple things like towels are a problem here. There was no iron or ironing board in the roof so I called the front desk. The woman said they have them at the front desk and to come down and retrieve it. I went immediately down and was told sorry, they don't have anymore. Good luck getting washcloths. The website claims that guests and hotel staff are required to wear masks in all public areas. However, ever single time I passed by the front desk, regardless of time or who was behind the desk, the front desk clerks were NEVER wearing their masks. The hotel would NOT recommend staying here!
The 4-star Mercure Hotel Duisburg City offers a great deal of comfort and enjoys a favorable location. All 162 rooms are air conditioned and have free WIFI DSL. You can use the meeting and events area incorporating 6 rooms for your events for up to 240 people. Our hotel is just 328 yards,300 m from the main train station and 15.5 miles, 25 km from Duesseldorf Airport. If traveling by car, take the A3, A40 or A59 and park your car in the adjacent indoor car park
GGuest User2023.04.04
The Mercure Duisburg City is easy to reach by car. A municipal underground car park is located under the hotel (€12/day). The hotel makes a good first impression. Our room was large and well furnished. The bathroom is very nice and there is also a free hotel safe. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection and left nothing to be desired, apart from the fact that there were no plates from time to time, the coffee machine regularly broke down and scrambled eggs were only available sporadically. Since our double room was initially only for one person (a blanket and towels once) was improved after complaining to the front desk. The grief then on the second day: the rooms and beds are no longer made in this house due to a corona-related lack of staff. Complaints at the front desk pointless. Two nights with breakfast in a double room for € 186 are completely covered in this case. I will not stay here again!

Excellent
Stayed at the hotel pre Covid. Visiting friends in Krefeld, ideal location on tram line to the centre of town and main station. Unfortunately due to staffing issues since Covid, bar not open in the evenings., otherwise an excellent stay.
GGuest UserWe were stayed in this hotel, were after initial trouble, but happy about it. The staff of the house were all extremely friendly and very effortfully made our stay comfortable. The rooms fully met the expectations. The room with disabilities was ideal for my mother's needs. Unfortunately, the location for holiday travelers is not so ideal as in the middle of the business area. But for this close to the motorway and so safely ideal for fair and business travellers
GGuest UserThere really is nothing physically wrong with this property. A nice looking property that is not really old and with decent facilities. Guest rooms are a bit small but appropriate for the Mercure brand and quit well appointed and A/C that works. No, the issues are all related how this property is run. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are simply not clean, with dirty toilets and mold on the tile. The wall mounted shampoo container was empty upon arrival and never replenished. GGuest UserThere was 8 nights for work, the room was clean, there was TV, free Wi-Fi, just enter every time and you just have to accept the terms. The bathroom is a little small, but it is enough, unfortunately it comes smell from the pipes. The room lacks a terrace (but this hotel does not provide it) and a refrigerator (this is an important lack), but has a air conditioner. The service is very good, reception from 6.00 to 10.00, but somebody stays inside, even in the holidays. Large parking on the back, and I have to say that it is easily filled, this hotel is very frequent, and has three floors of rooms. I am a little disappointed about the prices, because from about 66 Euros per night with breakfast not included I think it's a little bit, but here we are in Germany and perhaps this is the standard. Breakfast requires a surppreciation of 8,50, and it is too much. The buffet is quite large, but not at the level of other hotels. It's all automated, there is a coffee/cappuccino machine and it's a self-service. Nominally breakfast starts at 6.30, but even if you arrive before you find everything ready. In fact, there is one person who carries the food and I already believe it at 6.00. The defect of this hotel is that there is a bar missing, where they might be able to make you coffee or cappuccino at the moment. However, this may be the standard in Germany, here we are not in Italy, but also in the Czech Republic or Poland where I have seen better breakfast services. Another major lack of this hotel is the absence of a Laundry Service, if you stop for a week or more you need to fit your clothes to go 400 metres where there is a jet washing machine. At the end this hotel is not the top, but it is not even bad.
I liked it very much. The hotel is located next to the main train station. It was clean in the room. Free wifi. Everything I needed was in the room and in the bathroom. It was just a bit complicated to check in at the machine. But it worked out in the end, just be patient. The breakfast was good. Great for the price. I can recommend the hotel.
