Scortesia totale . Arrivato all’albergo entro presso la reception e non c’è nessuno. Atteso oltre 20 minuti e poi si presentano due ragazze alle quali chiedo espressamente una camera doppia con letti separati. Mi dicono che è disponibile, chiedo per il parcheggio ma l’albergo non è provvisto e mi dicono di parcheggiare auto in piazza pagando naturalmente il dovuto. Sistemo la macchina rientro in albergo e mi viene data camera con bagno al primo piano e sopra la camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Ricordo che ho chiesto letti separati e allora dopo insistenze mi propone stanza con letti separati ma priva di finestre. Allucinante. Poi viste le mie insistente magicamente spunta una terza camera vista piazza con letti separati ma ad un prezzo nettamente superiore. Chiedo lo storno del pagamento effettuato e me ne vado. A mai più! Un consiglio: evitate questo albergo in cui opera persona poco affidabile e inefficiente.

The rooms are spacious and equipment is on a good level. The breakfast is poor - not even on a low budget hostel level.

Rooms an services are quite OK, but the breakfast was one big disappointment. First day there was really outdated juice that made me almost sick. The same day the hotel ran out of the fresh cheese so there was none 3 other days. The next day musli ran out so there was no musli 2 other days... I would expect more from 4stars hotel.
