Es un hotel para pasar la noche si vienes en un vuelo tardío, como fue nuestro caso. Las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son cómodas. El desayuno correcto, pero podría estar más adaptado a los gustos europeos. Precio algo caro para lo que se usa.

Pésima atención del personal. No pudimos desayunar por la inoperancia del personal de recepción, bar, cocina, etc. Advertimos que ibamos con prisa por la salida de nuestro vuelo y no se dignaron a poner el desayuno en hora a pesar de estar todo el personal disponible. Un desastre. Nadie cooperaba, nos negaron el shuttle, falta de informacion, y lo peor, una empleada de recepcion decidio ponerse desodorante en eñ mostrador a nuestra vista…terrible

2 hours after reporting the malfunction of the air conditioning, they told us that it was a general problem and that it would be fixed. After 4 hours, 30°C in the room and a few cold showers to keep from dying, they sorted it out and in the morning it was the same again. Being in the room, which was really nice, was unbearable. Then, to top it off, there was a cockroach on the bathroom door. A 4-star hotel cannot have a problem with the air conditioning for so many hours. I know there were many complaints.

Arriving very late by plane we had to choose a hotel near the terminal. This seemed the best because for the same cost it also offered a good continental breakfast included in the price. The hotel's free shuttle service is only during the day, but we covered the short distance that separated us from the hotel with our trolleys in less than 10 minutes and without any problems. Reception open all night and check in very fast. They accept credit cards (something rather unusual in Albania). Decent rooms and bathroom although unfortunately the drains in the bathroom released unpleasant odors. Tea, herbal teas and a bottle of water available for free in the room, plus beer and soft drinks for a fee in the small minibar. Very large and comfortable beds. .
