Dirty towels and sheets. The room is okay, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. Then there is trash that is not ours and is still in the trash can.
The bottom of the bed is very clean. we muslims want to pray, the floor is dusty and sandy.
Aircond does not feel. Dim lights.

Sheets and pillowcases look like they've never been washed... there are scratches and spots. There is a broken plug point in the room. Unexpected as in the picture it looks so beautiful... Owner/management, please upgrade your hotel. 😔

Worth it for stayed at Kuantan, far a bit from the Town, but still accessible.
Too limited parking lot, as congested with Residential area.
