Feeling down with the hotel, dirty sheets, pillows not covered with towels like old cloth and musty smell in the room. Broken TV, clean toilet bowl. I will not stay here again. Very disappointed.

Not sure what this was. Nothing that’s shows scouting products. This was really disappointing. Everything was clothes but noting about scouts clothing. Staff sitting at the back so no one around as we wanted to know what room is about . Pity Nothing to do with scouting

Room is clean, great stay having here, a small hotel but amenities just complete, like provide iron, city view, hot shower, free wifi and easy to parking after working hour, wonderful with the price and center at the city. Easy to reach shopping mall and reach public transport Rapid Kuantan station with walking distance just 300m. Easy for me to having a stay here. Will consider to have a stay here again. Last but not least, friendly staff and beautiful lobby. Their lobby got mini scout gallery is look nice when I first time to check in.

Went for short vacation, last minute i try to find a hotel at late night, lucky there a room available, a very friendly staff are handling the my booking and he happy to explain the attraction that are near the hotel
