Hotel Sentral Kuantan @ Riverview City Centre Reviews

Just before preparing to sleep only realize the panel window couldn't be locked, the hotel changed another room for me immediately. Prso of the room is the cleanliness of toilet, big parking spaces but cons is the odour from carpet.

The Location of the Hotel is Super Convenient. Walking Distance to Kuantan 188 Tower, Art Streets and Night Markets. However, surrounding a bit run down but have lots of Parking. Cleaniness of the Hotel need more improvement and Renovation is Needed. Sound Proof for the Room is pretty bad. All items in Hotel Room is Old but still usable. Luckily Two Night was calm and peace, we sleep very well. Services is Good and have lots of Parking Behind Hotel. Suitable for Business Trip. Overall its still a Nice Stay. Not too bad.

So run down. In photos shown wooden flooring, but during my stay dapat bilik with carpet flooring. The carpet are so dirty and old, leaking aircond etc.. however trip.com helps me with the complaint! TQ. But the hotel location was very strategic at the city and famous restaurant/places

Strategic location and nice view on night. We can see menara kuantan at HSK rooftop. For improvement, need to extra type of food for breakfast buffet. Btw, all service are good & keep it up!

Room size - suitable for 2 persons. Cleanliness - clean and it has new carpet! Television - in good conditions. View - city view, nice at night cuz in front of bazar karat.

The Hotel is next to Menara 188 Kuantan and the view at night and from the Tower is magnificent! Spacious room with easy access to famous eateries such as Watak Kopi and Ali Rusia.

Big room with king bed. Have connecting room also. Got hair dryer in the toilet. Iron & cute fridge in the room. We also got free coffee for 2 at the rooftop. Thank you!

The Single Twin Bed Room is reasonable for the price, overall the room was clean and spacious. The uncomfortable thing is the sound proof very terrible. Can hear noise from outside the room.

Room very nice. Walkable so much cafes and tower kuantan. Staff very helpful and friendly.
